I?m disappointed that the Somerville Starbucks has started telling customers to order pup cups at the register, even if you?re... just picking up a mobile order. If I wanted to wait in line at the register, I would not have placed a mobile order. My dog getsso excited when I tell him we are going to get a pup cup, and for a long time it?s been such a nice experience. However, theSomerville Starbucks is the only Starbucks I have encountered that has been saying you have to order it at the register. There?sno option to order one in the app, and I would if I could! It would also help if staff were nicer, I get that it is a very busylocation but I can just start going elsewhere where they are nicer! Read more

Staff are rude. When I place an online online order at any other Starbucks they have no problem giving you a pup cup when you... pick up your drinks. Yet at this one they ignore you when you ask and when they do respond they tell you to go to the register, and say it rudely. I get that when it?s crazy busy, but even when it?s not they do this. Manager needs to teach staff aboutcustomer service, let alone that this affects their tips. Read more

Will not be going back to this Starbucks. Always new staff and they don?t know how to make drinks correctly. The proportions are... off, drinks are watered down with more milk or ice , staff unfriendly or ignore you. Will make customer orders who can afteryou before you. Last 2 times I went I think their oatmilk was not fresh which gave me the runs on more than two occasions. Itried other Starbucks in Hillsborough and Bridgewater and did not have that problem. This Starbucks contaminates dairy and nondairy milk products when making drinks as they do not use separate wands or cups labeled for dairy or non dairy products. If youhave a dairy sensitivity, I do not recommend using this location at all. Read more

Every time I visit this location, the staff are always so incredibly kind and upbeat. They take my order and have me in and out... in no time. I am always on the go and traveling across NJ for long stretches of time, and stopping by this location has beenperfect every time. Even if the line is super long, they get us all handled and served exceptionally fast. I try to tip everytime so they know how much I appreciate it. To be honest, even if I know another coffee shop may be closer on my route, I willgo out of my way to stop here because other places will either mess up my order or be downright rude. The staff here arehonestly super sweet and I hope they continue to brighten everyone's day. Thank you. Read more

Not a big fan of Starbucks. Coffee usually tastes burnt. Had no choice today but to go there, needed to find a place to get some... work done while waiting for someone. Asked for regular coffee, cream light. Far from it. It looked like hot chocolate brown. Also ordered a Turkey Bacon, Egg White and Cheese sandwich on English Muffin. What a joke. It cost $4.50 for this pathiticsandwich. Could have gotten a Sizzlie at Wawa for $1 less and had a bigger sandwich. Got there about 1pm and just after iordered and sat down the place looked like a school campus let out. It was crazy. Maybe if I got there earlier and sat in theback it wouldn't have been so loud. The parking was horrible. The parking lot looked like there was a Christmas sale on BlackFriday. As you can tell, not a big fan. Read more
