They strategically placed two pieces of BACON on each end of my veg burrito as some sort of revenge against me. It was... blatantly intentional (from their behavior) The manager here believes their ego is going to cover up for their low IQ. Don'ttell your customers to "go to another taco bell" because you're so dumb that you cannot follow a simple order thats WRITTEN foryou, never have i ever had 30 minutes wasted at any other location like this. Always check your order before you leave. I ordered cinnamon twists and a cheddar chalupa with black beans instead of meat. I am... vegitarian. Got a small bag of tortilla chips and a meat chalupa. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. Im kickingmyself for not checking. What a waste. Read more

Every time I come to this location they get my entire order wrong, whether it's forgetting half of my order or adding and... taking away things that I wanted to be taken out of my order/didn't want to be taken out, they are never able to get anythingright. I wait forever for not even half-way decent service, and am ignored whenever I ask about my order status. This is a sadattempt of a Taco Bell and the workers are always rude and never able to actually prioritize orders in the order they come in.This has been happening for over three years at this point, but today was my limit. I have never seen a less competent establishment in my life. 1/5 employees knows what they're doing, drive through is at least... 10 minutes per car every time just to get the wrong order the last 5 times I've been there, and I keep going back thinking itwill be better, and it is not. I placed my order on the app roughly around 9:05pm. I was inside waiting around 9:20-9:25pm. Still nothing, and I see there's a... few cars in the drive threw, so I waited. 9:35 I ask if my foods almost done yet, and my app told me it would be done 9:12pm.They couldn't give a straight answer, then a woman comes in, orders at the tablet, waits 10 min an gets her food an leaves. Ihave yet to get anything from my order. 9:50pm an im asking for a refund so I can just leave an take 5min at wendys, but shetold me it have to be online so I wait for the food. Not only did I get my food at 10:04pm but not all my stuff was in the bag,an to top it off your employee started giving me attitude because I was annoyed that I've waited almost an hour. So she startedgetting loud with me telling me off an what not. Do not waste your time with this location at all, you could grow your veggies,slaughter your protein and hand make your tortillas quicker than this place can make your order. It is like eating depression. Epic sadness. I wanna cry. My co-works are not eating tonight. They cheap out on the edges and... the sauce is less on some pieces. It is not corporate, it is this specific Taco Bell. Other Taco Bell?s are better. Sadly it isnot worth the drive to the other one. I will keep an eye out and change the review if due necessary. The burritos are a bitsmall, but I think that is corporate. Not individual Taco Bell?s. Edited: Couple of months later, they did it again. I orderedextra beans and the put almost no beans in one Mexican pizza. 5/29/22 Made a order on mobile. 7:45pm. Went to taco bell drivethru (waited 45minutes), they told me my order does not exist. They told me to come inside. Doors locked at 8:30. I slip inafter someone leaves at 8:45pm. They try telling me to leave and to go through drive thur. I tell them about my mobile order.They cant find it. I reordered my food on app. They told me my order did not exist after 20 minutes. Another 5 minute later theytold me I double ordered and if I wanted both or one. I told them i wanted one. Waited another hour. It is 9:45pm. I just wantto leave, but i am committed to taco bell. I get my food, i go home. everything is wrong. I wanted fresco, (filled with sourcream, beef & cheese) ate around the beef. Epic Sadness. Spend 2 hours at taco bell with no line for 10 items. Somewhat slow sometimes, but it's taco bell. As long as they don't screw up your order, they are doing fine the location is a... but annoying as it's right off a busy highway so getting into and out of the parking lot can be difficult, but other than that,it's fine. Read more
