This place is wonderful! The staff are so polite, and the food has never failed to be hot and fresh. Occasionally it gets very... busy here, but be patient because they are absolutely worth it; that's why everyone is there! It's a family owned franchise andyou can really tell that they take pride in excellent customer experience. We eat here more often than anywhere else inSomerville. Read more
I dropped my kid's fries and they replaced it for free. They go above and beyond.
Called corporate no response, had old mop bucket sitting in dining area smelled like old milk. Smell permeated the dining room.
I HATE THIS JEFFERS FAMILY MCDonalds. No matter what time of day you visit you will have to endure a strange wait time. I think... they cook for 3 cars at a time. I have been going to the McDonald's on Austin Peay or HWY 70 in Bartlett although I liveclosure to the Stage road one. I was told the JEFFERS own the HWY 70 one too but so far the staff is doing a great job. Read more
I come here more often than I should, and its the only McDonald's location I'll stop at. The service I've received has always... been professional, the food looks and tastes good, and I never have to wait to long in the drive-through. Honestly can't vouchfor the inside of the store as I never go in. Read more
Slow service. Rude unpleasant staff. Sloppy meal preparation. Drink and fry containers not full. For some reason they seem to... clean their frozen coffee machine in the morning, during breakfast. So a period during breakfast that you can not get abreakfast drink? Doesn't make sense. Consistently out of special menu item before offer time period expires. Read more
Typical McDonald?s food, but this is one of the nastier McDonald?s I?ve seen. At 9:30 PM on a Tuesday, the kitchen was a mess -... even the front side in plain sight of customers in line. Food and trash on the floor, personal belongings on food prep counters,splattered whatever on glass dividers and counters, just generally a mess everywhere. Aren?t they supposed to wear hairnets onthe food prep line? We were there for more than an hour and none of it had been cleaned up by the time we left.
