It took an hour to get them to bring our food out to us after we placed our order online. We were at an away game and still had... an hour drive to get home and it was approximately 8pm when we placed the order sitting in a stall. We would have had to waitlonger had we not hit the call button several times. Sadly it took them 20 minutes to answer our red button and they weren'teven busy. The first order they brought out wasn't even our order, then they brought out our food one piece at a time so by thetime we got all of our food and drinks neither was good and we had done been sitting over an hour there. And the milkshake wasrunny. I've never seen such terrible service it was my worst fast food experience ever. And I have worked as a customer servicerep for a fast food joint. I will still eat at Sonic in our hometown but will definitely not visit this one ever again. Read more
Most mornings it takes 10 to 15 min for a drink. I use the app. So I cannot leave because I have already paid.
Almost every single order has been wrong for months now. You may ask yourself, then why do you keep going back? Lack of choices... here and I keep hoping they will eventually get better. Read more

I stopped by before work this morning and I?m glad I did. My food was so fresh and cooked with love.
We just moved back to Somerville and every time we have been to sonic our order has not been right in anyway. Today we ordered 4... meals: crispy chicken sandwich with Mayo/pickles only, bacon cheese burger, double cheeseburger with Mayo/tomato only, andcheeseburger with Mayo/lettuce. What we received was a crispy chicken sandwich with Mayo/lettuce/tomato, a cheeseburger witheverything, a double cheeseburger with Mayo only, and the last one was right. Drinks and sides were correct. Sadly we wereunable to get the order corrected due to my husband picking up the order while he was in town and bringing home. The time beforethis one, we ordered 3 meals but what we received was 2 burgers that were not even close to what we ordered and none of therest of our order. They brought out what was supposed to have been our bag the second time and only one thing in the bag waswhat we ordered. I don?t remember what all the meals were but I do remembered that I had ordered a bacon breakfast toaster and Ireceived a BLT in the second bag the gave us. Read more
