Great beer selection and loved having the option to do a flight of Hopmonk and local brews. Outdoor patio is nice, but can... probably get quite busy. Food was decent. We had the Hopmonk burger, cooked perfectly medium. We also shared the 4 tacos, twobeer battered fried fish and two carnitas. The fish were good, but the carnitas were incredibly dry. I don't think I'd go back again. Everything was ok, but nothing that hasn't been done before. We had salads, which were fresh,... but nothing made them stand out. The tuna was fair, but for the price, not what you would expect. Most everything wasoverpriced. As another reviewer said, I don't mind paying a higher price, I just expect everything to be better when Ido. Service was ok. It took forever to get a glass of water, which was a juice glass. I asked for a large glass originally,and after asking several times more times, they finally brought a carafe over. Read more
Cider was great! The Oktoberfest was Outstanding! Service was great. Staff was attentive without hovering. The food was... terrific! Had a cheese burger with bacon, med-rare. Great char, spot on med-rare. The garlic fries were a delight! I'd you'rein Sonoma and you enjoy a good beer and some well cooked comfort food, stop here! Will be back! Read more

HopMonk is a wonderful and charming restaurant with a great outdoor section with music. The place is vibrant welcoming with... great service and delicious food. I highly recommend trying the beer flight, which is not mentioned on the menu. Their beerselection is really great. Read more
We had been there in a night with almost no wind, so sit outside was very good. I ordered handmade pasta and Shirley Temple. My... husband preferred one of Oktoberfest specials (although tasty, it was missing little moisture, maybe little more mustard?), beerand fries (would be good have them already siding sandwiches). This place is packed for lunch on a Monday. Outdoor patio is amazing with relaxing fountains and plenty of shade. Service and... food both top notch. Don’t think there’s a better option for lunch at any price point when going through Sonoma on a weekdayafternoon. Read more
