Loved the eggs Benedict with homemade biscuits..still thinking about how delicious the next day..wanted to love the potatoes but... they were so salty.. killed my taste buds...the coffee was way too strong and never a refill was offered nor did I ever receivea sweetener I requested more than once..the staff was friendly..the atmosphere was decorous..I didn't appreciate the 2televisions with boxing match while eating breakfast..my friend ordered the acai bowl and was shocked to find the base piledhigh with frozen sorbet..this entry was listed among breakfast choices on the menu ..we double checked the menu..sorbet was notidentified in the description..they did refund him and got him a replacement order of something else lickety split..which heenjoyed very much Read more
Magnificent! This place is absolutely fantastic! There is wheelchair accessible parking available as well as wheelchair... accessible entry. The layout is absolutely wheelchair friendly. I recommend that everyone of all ages to treat yourself, family,and friends to what I'm calling " The Best" meal I have had in many years. They are a little pricey but you can't put a price onexcellence! The service is simple yet equal to and every bit of 5 star worthy! Kina’s is the place for happy hour! Nice atmosphere, excellent service and yummy cocktails. Just had the popcorn scallops,... with arugula and marinated onions! Oh! So delicious! And to think that world famous chef Julia Child didn’t think much ofarugula. With Kina’s recipe, Julia might have changed her opinion about these greens. The chips and guacamole werescrumptious! This place is amazing!!! Tell me where you can get top shelf Margaritas at $5 for happy hour. I am so picky and these are the... best margaritas I have had anywhere in Sonoma! They also have the watermelon smash, made with vodka that is just phenomenal.Spicy, sweet, a perfect summer drink! The nachos also are the best I’ve ever had and unlike any nachos I’ve ever hadbefore, The adobo marinated beef and flavors are to die for!! Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 5 to 7pm. I'm sorry 'Kina's Kitchen' but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in Sonoma. I'm a local, I've lived... here for 12 years and I really wanted this to be a regular spot, but my experience was terrible. Came here for a birthdaybrunch, our food took an extraordinarily long time, when it came it was cold. We sent it back and when they brought it back itwas warm but half our table was finished and it had been an hour since we sat down. The waitress never apologized, in fact, noone directly apologized unless you count the half-hearted salad given to tide us over while we waited. For the location, hypeand price point, I expect more. Not unreasonably more, but definitely more. I won't be back and I will be sure to tell myfoodie friends to pass this restaurant by. Good luck "Kina's Kitchen" I hope you sort your issues out. We love Picazo Kitchen: fabulous selection of handcrafted cocktails that are stunning to look at and delicious to drink. Plus a... unique menu with something for everyone — and not your standard fare that everyone else is serving (thank goodness). Tonightthe family enjoyed gorgeous fresh salads, Pesto pasta, thick beef ribs, and a delightful burger. their fries are always on point(thin and crispy)! The desserts are even fabulous — tonight it was perfect cheesecake and vanilla ice cream with chocolatesauce and berries! Great coffee, too! GO! Read more
We've been here two times now. The service is slow. Both times we've had to wait for our drinks more than 20 mins. It wasn't... busy either time. Their fried scallops are amazing! My husband had a burger, which was good, and I had the ribs. While theflavor and tenderness was good, The ribs came out luke warm. I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw, but I'm picky, with that.
