Absolutely worst service! Do NOT choose delivery! They did not send the complete order. When I called they answered and hung up... 3 times. Refused to give me their name. Told me there was nothing they could do to give me the missing items or refund the moneyfor the missing items. Have never been so disrespected or treated this poorly ever. Ended up having to drive to the locationafter paying delivery and tip to have it delivered. They were extremely rude when I arrived. Refused to give me their names andwere hesitant to give me their managers information. It's one thing to make a mistake on an order but it takes it to a wholeother level when you are rude to someone who is not being rude to you. Have order pizza twice online both times my order was not ready on time, I have had to wait. Either the appx pick up time needs... to be adjusted accordingly or more staff is needed. I am nearly ready to stop using them. Read more
Everyone that works here plays on phones, rude, not friendly, this place isn't even clean..they don't even get to you right... away.. takes half an hour most times to get a pizza! Worst place ever!!! zero stars!! Read more
racist towards white people. the franchise owner refuses to hire anyone that is not Mexican. Go see for yourself. Go several... times over the course of a month and tell me if anyone other than Mexican works there. You would really think that the name off the game here would be a hot-n-ready pizza... but that would be a no. Here I am coming... into Caesars to grab a quick pizza but I'm instead greeted by what I would describe as the most horribly attitude giving workerwho doesn't even wait for me to finish paying before muttering it'll be ten minutes then leaving and giving me no receipt. 10minutes for a hot n ready!!! Pizzas are usually good here but the staff was a little overwhelmed when we visited last and we received the wrong pizza even... though the label outside of the box was what we ordered! We were ordering to-go and didn't have time to wait to make a new one.To make matters worse it seemed two employees were in the back relaxing and talking while the gal upfront was franticallyrunning back and forth taking care of a big line of customers. What do you expect for such low prices? If you put $5 up for a pizza don?t expect traditional gourmet Italian pizza. If you want... a quick bite and you aren?t very picky, come here! I am personally never disappointed. Read more
