Amazing chef, spectacular food, and a wonderfully inviting staff!
Had a spicy tuna bento, I thought it was okay but not amazing. Service was good.
This was our first visit to Shiso and, based on the food and service, it will not be our last visit. We had the Napa Valley... Sushi (wonderful), the fresh Tuna Sashimi (spectacular), the Ramen Chicken soup (mmmmmm) and the Ramen Spicy Beef soup (good).The beef in the soup was so tender and tasty, the noodles so good and the presentation so attractive--grilled stalks ofscallion, nice touch. Our only criticism is that the beef broth lacked enough depth of flavor to stand up to the spiciness ofthe soup. Read more
What can I say other than...The best sushi in Sonoma County! Great service with friendly staff and owner (workin the sushi... counter). Wasabi deviled eggs and hand rolls Rock! Don't let the exterior strip mall deter ya...inside is super cool! Overallgreat experience! Read more
