I just bought a large sweet onion teriyaki sandwich from here and the guy at the counter who couldn't speak English, Bless his... heart, but he made my sandwich a juice sandwich! He drenched it with so much sweet onion teriyaki juice that upon opening it, itliterally fell apart and the bread disintegrated! This is Ridiculous! I want my money back Subway!! And can't you train thesepeople before you let them run your business?? O I forgot, it's the end of the world so there is no such thing as reasonabilityor accountability or professionalism or anything else right? O and I called the store but of course no answer.. Jeez. I was at the store 5 minutes before closing. The door was locked and I was not allowed in. The lady in the store claimed that... she was the manager and that she has to close at 5:50 which does not reflect business hours. When I asked for the owner's name Iwas told to look it up online. I hope this reaches the owner of this subway. Poor business practices. Read more
We went in and felt very unwelcome. Instead of greeting us, employee told us they were out of most things. My friend asked for... blt, and employee said they do not make them there. We asked if he had bacon, said he did not, then we saw it, and he said itwas not bacon. I said well we still want that. He then offered two choices of bread, neither of which we wanted, so we decidedto leave. Read more
I'm here at Subway now. The employee is letting us know that this restaurant does not provide restrooms anymore to their... customers. We are a family of 6 and can't even eat our food here because we can't wash our hands first. I would think theowner/manager would know that California law requires that any eat in establishment must provide bathrooms! This may be an issuefor the health department. Read more
I don?t appreciate the lack of respect given to the employees. I feel as though they deserve better. There has been times I see... the manager or boss isn?t even helping these poor kids. Not even the adults that work there. The young lady marisol was anabsolute dear to me, even in those conditions. So if any changes will be made to subway it should importantly be made for theemployees to get treated better and given the respect from a boss to an employee. Read more
