I ordered a double western burger and the girl working the drive-thru waited until my burger was done in the bag before she... informed me that there's no onion rings with the burger I asked her if they could give me a free dessert or compensate me insome way because the onion rings really make the burger and they didn't even try and do anything. Food was good. Service was slow, but apparently there was a unforeseen shortage of people that day, and the manager was SUPER... apologetic and offered to compensate us for the extra wait. It was overall a pleasant experience. Update 8/24/2022: Food stillgood. Got the Primal burger. The prime rib was a bit overcooked, but still tasted great. Service still a bit slow, I'm not sureif it's a short-handed crew or what, but it wasn't all that bad of a wait, I'll still go again. Read more
Pretty good for a Carl's. Staff was friendly. Fries were pretty salty, which I did not mind. Minus one star for requiring keys... to enter the bathroom and it *still* not being as clean as it should have. Read more
I rarely, rather, never review fast food restaurants. However yesterday I got their signature Green burrito, and it was just as... good as the local hole in the wall Mexican shops. Kind of blew me away. My only regret is I didn't take a picture to show howbeautiful this thing was. Read more
