Came with a co worker doing some construction up here. I'll remember this jack because of 2 things. How long it took to get my... food. And the lack of service by the worker girl who took our orders. No communication no, "have a nice day" like I even saidthanks for the food and like. Nothing. I don't know. Pretty bad time. Guess we'll try Wendy's next time were working in Sonora. Read more
Can't review service or menu since the inside was closed and I couldn't get my online order without waiting in drive-thru for 30... minutes, which defeats the purpose. It would be nice to inform customers of this before they order and drive all the way therefor nothing. Read more
Horrible! Inside is never open they say it?s because they are under staffed but yet there are 6 people inside. After being in... the drive thru for 15mins they messed up my order then wouldn?t answer the door so I had to walk to the drive up window for themanager to be rude to me and slam the window on me. Pulled up to the speaker at 8:30 ish an after discussing with my family in the car what they wanted, we haven?t heard anything... from an employee yet. The only person I spoke with was the cook and he was extremely friendly. He yelled over the counter wall while cooking, just... to make sure I was okay and that's how I was doing. Very cool cook, a Hispanic fella. got a great attitude. He's a keeper!!! Read more
Has the worst customer service is supposed to be 24 hours but there's been multiple times they're closed with the drive thru... blocked off by crates which looks tacky. But we drive 45 mins down the hill to get fast food and they're not open it's adisappointment. My order has on multiple occasions been wrong. If Sonora wasn't so small and options for fast food weren't soscarce this would be the last place I gave my money. Read more
