It was kinda busy, maybe 4 or so small groups. Our online order we put in 30 minutes ahead of time, ended up getting to us 30... minutes after the promised time. They also got our order wrong multiple times. I opened a box to check because they gave us halfand told us the rest was coming. Just didn't seem right so I looked, and it was someone else's order. I brought it to thecounter, opened the other box to show they were both wrong and this was not my order. They ended up rebagging those boxes andgiving them to someone else right as we finally were getting to leave. They ended up getting our order right in the long run.Which was just fine, my fried rice was pretty lumped together, and our rangoons were on the verge of being undercooked. But itwas all just a slow and messy process. Lady working up front was nice enough but clearly annoyed by all the confusion. It was aSaturday night at about 7:30 buuut. Read more

Aweful. They were out of everything because they always try to close early, they argued with me because I didn't want them to... start boxing up my order so it would sit there for 15 minutes while they cooked the rest of it. They continuously pushed me tolet them start boxing up my order even though I said no FOUR TIMES until I finally just walked out. No one was in line behindme. Only one person was cooking even though there was a team of them. I'm so frustrated Read more

Just close your doors already. Good quality is terrible. They closed at 5 today, 5! If your limited on staff then hire those... staff members for when you actually make your money lunch-dinner. I waited in like for 35 minutes for like warm food andeverything we wanted out because they were closing four hours early. What a disgrace. Just close already because it's such ahuge disappointment. So panda express is a franchise and you can expect to taste the same pretty much everywhere barring catastrophic... circumstances. What makes this panda express 1* is I couldn't order a pick up order from online since the website said thelocation is not accepting online orders. I tend to avoid public places and interactions with people for reasons that should bepretty obvious by now to the whole world. Haters, thieves, low lives etc... So I go to the store and they have a surplus ofeverything. Not sure why the online order was suppressed. I start ordering and the staff although were friendly hurried me withevery single order. Except for one man who had the best spirit I have seen in popular franchises who offered me freshchowmein. So true story. I am very hot. Women cannot handle me. The hostess wanted to ring me up without asking me what myorder was. She got the order wrong eventually. I felt so hurried and couldn't verify the order. Eventually she wouldn't give mecookies, Napkins, sauce, nothing... that makes panda express a delightful experience . It felt like kids who don't know whatcustomer service is and just want to get through the day and probably didn't want to be there. This was on May 25th 2022 around4pm. Omgosh, I went to Panda Express today. I ordered 6 large container order. First off staff are pleasant yet under stress. They... weren't the issues. The food however was. Chicken n string beans... Beans were barely cooked, they tasted like they were noteven cleaned. And onions galore?? The Chicken and mushrooms zucchini . No flavor nothing like in the past and Onions again tomany. The fire chicken was good but again why all the onions. I had to literally pull out all the tremendous amounts of onionslices. Nothing had the wonderful flavors of the past and what I love it seems they substituted onions n more onions??? Theteriyaki chicken I ordered and asked to make sure was breast meat.... Well all dark meat??? The taste of vegetables have that"No Wash" taste and then Under cooked, Ugh,. No taste and worst no flavor... That's a 0. So until you all get back to good PandaExpress food I will never return. I usually never complain and don't go to remarks. But I feel you should All be aware. I justwanted to bring home to my family a good Panda meal. Even my grandchildren said they didn't like the veggie taste. I hope you atPanda Express fix this. Oh last I always check my order when large. Well the young lady was rushing me while I made sure orderwas correct. I said please let me look here at food. Guess what? As Miss Impatient was rushing me, a customer walked up besideme at counter and said: this is not what I ordered. He ordered Shrimp and walnut with sides. Guess what? The man before me tookhome this man's order. Guess he wasn't happy when he got home with this other man's Shrimp and walnut. Yeah Panda Im reallydisappointed. Bring back the flavors, the healthy washed and cooked veggies, the chicken white meat that is requested and last,Stop substiting onions for ingredients that should'nt be in normal orders okay.
