Apparently, per my sister, they screwed up a single pizza order for the umpteenth time. Order was: a full combo, with pineapple... on half. Actual: half combo, half only pineapple. Was read back correctly over phone, so kitchen is lacking comprehension, itwould seem. I do realize, after so many errors, she should have verified pie prior to departing establishment. Ordered online for pick-up. Spent $70+ on food and $7 tip (last time I'll tip before I go). Got there, guy working the oven came... up, seemed cool, "just waiting on twists." I sat closest seat to counter and waited and waited. I went up to ask how much longerto gal who might be the manager. She asked the staff and it was in the hot case, why? I'm sitting right there. I agree with other reviewers . This place does NOT follow CDC guidelines . No masks, no gloves , no hair nets & no customer... service. The staff is unprofessional, unfriendly & they don?t know how to cut pizza properly. Update: response to ?owner?sresponse ? Why are you just copy and pasting your response ? As of August 25, 2021 the rules have changed . I suggest you checkit out . Pizza place in Sonora that actually answer your calls and for that and the price you pay and the service you get off somebody... answering your calls is five star I?ve had better pizza yes. The fact of the matter is the round table Pizza that is locatednear my house can?t deliver puts me on hold for 20 minutes and these guys actually pick up the phone and are willing to deliverpizza. Since Covid availability of your pizza has significantly gone down here in Sonora . However despite those dilemmas theseguys have stayed on par and manage to make it happen so they get five stars for a Accessibility. Read more
Absolute yumminess on a plate!!! We have been on the road for 3 years and have been missing Round Table the whole time. 4 states... and dozens of Pizza offering places, but none match Round Table! Crisp crust without being a brick, perfect sauce, and so manytoppings to choose from...all in a warm, welcoming and clean environment. Read more
TLDR: Eat here with caution if you absolutely have to have pizza around midday. Vibe ? Uncomfortable at best. Not sure if this... building is a converted old Pizza Hut or if the architecture is merely inspired by the popular pizza chain. In any event, theinside is a cluttered mess with no flow. I actually can?t recall if there was a single literal round table in the building toeat at. The lighting is poor. The setting better suits an arcade then a place to eat. Definitely an older blueprint. CustomerService ? Could use work. It?s not clear who?s in charge here, but there is a diverse selection of people working. I wouldn?tsay there is understaffing, but rather no one particular person is assigned to a specific job. Everyone seems to be responsiblefor everything, including answering the phone and attending to walk-in?s. The disposition of the staff is pretty neutral, nocomplaints. Cleanliness ? Not great. Staff have facial piercings and wear their hair without any netting while working with orvery near to food. The condition of the place is such that it?s hard to determine if its actually clean or old. There doesn?tappear to be a standard uniform. Food Quality ? It?s okay! I decided to order a lunch combo rather than partake in the buffetwhich looked mediocre. I was very nearly ready to walk out with my refund if the food met my low expectations. However, thepizza and salad bar are not bad! I feel very strongly that there is little room for error at this place in their foodconsidering everything else, and they seem to scrape by. Never showed up. Waited an hour and 20 minutes to call about my online order which was already 20 minutes late. They said in 20... minutes it will be there. 30 minutes later called back and they said they just canceled the order. They lied. 2 hours fornothing. Read more
