Normal Starbucks experience. There is outdoor seating and plenty of space inside at this location.
I have the app so I order ahead & it's always ready when I get there. Last week when I went thru the drive thru, the lid wasn't... on the cup properly so when I took the first sip it wasn't pleasant. Most of my drink was on my lap, in my purse & all over myseat. Thank God I ordered an iced chai tea that day & not the extra hot mocha I usually get! Check the lid! It's a lesson Iwon't soon forget. They definitely get bothered if your waiting for your mobile order. Sat while I was waiting for my drink and got asked reason I... was waiting let them know a mobile order yet they all chi chat in a team meeting talking if they should go blonde for summer.They just kept going back and forth . walked to kohl?s came back and my order wasn?t done yet. This Starbucks drive-thru is consistently uber-ridiculously-slow! 15 to 30 minute wait, every time, no joke. They don't seem to... be in any hurry to speed it up either. I've never received a "sorry about the wait". If I worked here I'd be embarrassed. On theupside the drinks have been right about 75% of the time and the workers are cheerful. Read more
