The food is great! Classic subway. But, some of the workers aren't very nice. Good food though. And clean!

Bad service, my girlfriend went in to get my sandwich and she was having trouble reading my order and the man that was in there... was being extremely rude and didn?t even help. I can?t help but to notice that darsh is the best worker at subway, if it?sanyone else, DONT TRUST. Unless its those ladies that are super nice too. Love subway still, just not the costumer service. Does not accept coupons & if you order ahead, they skimp on everything. My cold cut combo lacked any ham, salami or anything I... specified to have on it when it came to veggies or condiments. This situation is the same as the only thing they put on thesandwich, bologna. Ordered sandwiches for my family which also hardly had anything on them. If you're not gonna accept coupons,not gonna opt-in to any advertised promos and you're gonna skimp on take-out orders, you may as well put a "I'm cheap" pin onyour name tag. Fix the value in this location or close it. There are better sandwich shops in the area that cost less thaneither Subway location in Sonora, especially this one. Read more

I usually enjoy coming to this location, but today was completely disappointing. I made an online order so that the food would... be ready for pickup at 5pm. My mother and I arrived about 10 minutes early and the employee told us we were too early but wetried to explain that we were fine with waiting. During a conversation I was having with my mom, the employee says to me thatthey are out of avocado and rudely said, "do you want to change it or not," so I already had paid extra for no reason. Then Ihad also ordered two chocolate chip cookies online, but he said that he didn't see what cookies I ordered, which was true soI'll that. But just my luck they were also out of chocolate chip cookies. How was I supposed to know that they would be out, andwhat would happen? Would I still have been charged for those items? Then when I asked if I could just switch it to get chips heargued and said I couldn't, because of the price difference. I had to walk to my car to get cash to pay for the extra chips. Atthe end, he handed me the cups for our fountain drinks and I was waiting to sign the receipt for the order since it was paidwith a debit card online. He completely forgot until I asked him for it. When I had returned home, not only did he mess up mysandwich order, but the other sandwiches were not cut and my family and I had to cut then ourselves. Subway flood is subway flood, generally, and this was no different. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and... interactive. I was happy with outs visit and will return. It's always good to know what I can count on. Read more

Clean restaurant & fast service. The sandwich was no different than any other Subway sandwich. When ordering a drink with your... food, make sure they give you the correct sized cup. Ordered a large but received a medium. Other than that was ok. Not busy atall. Read more
