I was welcomed by staff as soon as I walked in. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I asked a couple of questions about the... menu and was able to get it my way (take that BK!) They gave me a pager, so I don't know what others were saying about confusionwhen their orders were ready. The wait for food was minimal and my burger was prepared as I asked. The Manager came out andsaid, "Hello," which was nice. Overall, a great dining experience, with tasty food. Oh, and my burger looked like the photo onthe poster. This is increasingly rare. Read more

For a $42 meal I was disappointed. None of my modifications were done to my meals. My fries were soggy, cold and salt -less. My... boyfriends burger was smashed as they shoved all four orders of green beans and the burger into one small Togo bag... with mynapkins. I ordered a santa barbara burger so I got a large bag that could've easily been utilized. I work in the industry. Thereis no excuse for these mistakes. Read more
The staff here are always happy. Store is always friendly and clean. Habit burger you must be doing something right, your... employees are smiling. Keep up great work and most importantly, pay food service workers what is deserved, a living wage and????. They?re golden. Why do people choose other fast food hamburgers when this one is one of the best. Pictured is the Char Burger with Sweet Potatoe... Fries and ask for that hot sauce its dammmm good ???? For VEGETARIANS they have the impossible burger, or Ahi Tuna if you're okwith fish. Their sweet potato fries are soooo good. I am absolutely FLABBERGASTED! My burger was literally RAW and there was no driving back as I live 20 minutes away and didn't... start eating until AFTER I got home. I called and there was no way of getting through to anyone and was referred by theirautomated system to their website for all inquiries. NEVER AGAIN! Read more
The food was hot and fresh and delicious! They serve roasted Brussels sprouts, so they just moved to the top of my fast food... destination list! Also got the patty melt, which was very tasty. Highly recommended! ???????? Read more
We've only been twice so far. The first time it was amazing! Everything was delicious! The second time we placed a bigger order.... The fries were horrible. My burger was sloppy and they forgot my husband's burger. We also ordered milkshakes and they were notenjoyable. Will give them another try. Stick to smaller orders. Read more
