I parked overnight in this truck stop 2 or 3 times a week, it's on my way between ky to MI.,subway staff doing owsom job to... serve the customers , restrooms always clean, but would like to give special thanks to nightshift ladies ,Crystal and Eric fortheir customer service to get shower early in the morning, I always saw them work hard to keep the store clean and showersclean, fresh coffee for the customers, Both of them show me respect all the time , will keep this truck stop as my favorite one,and will continue to park on it.... Urine all over bathroom floors. No paper towels and no soap. Night of the living dead customers, very sketchy. Day shift was... clean and presentable. Disgusting at night. Love?s are much better. Read more
A little disappointed because it says PJ Fresh and there's no PJ Fresh(freshly cooked meals) . They're very quick when it comes... to cleaning the showers and they do a good job cleaning them. The staff is friendly and polite. They have a game room and asubway and the store is well maintained. I would recommend stopping here. Read more
No wifi. Used to have great wifi, it went down 2 weeks ago. I've called the wifi helpline, spoke to people in the store, no one... can help or reset the magic router, each tells me to talk to the other. We live over the road and just want to stream our showslike everyone else in the world after our shift and spend our hard earned money on your "premium" garbage wifi, fix it. I spendover $1k a day in fuel with you and another $10-15 in the store. FIX IT. I pick truck stops on dedicated routes because of theamenities and I chose yours 2x a week specifically because of the wifi. If you don't fix it I'll just go to one of the otherPilots in the area that has good signal. Read more

Haven't been inside yet, pilot sign gone off the large highway sign, still shows on internet search as a pilot. I'll upgrade my... review to satisfactory. The inside is better than expected judging by the outside. Still typical for pilot these days comparedto Loves. Just by the appearance from the parking lot it looks like a lot of other smaller privatized ethnic managed/runtruckstops. Shop all closed up even though the parking lot is a fair size, I doubt this location will ever be as busy/full as itprobably once was due to the condition of the place, and lack of amenities, meaning repair shop, truck wash etc. Sad buttypical. As mentioned before about Pilot Travel Centers , it has everything you could possibly need for supplies for a road trip. Food,... GPS gadgets, sunglasses, beverages, thermal dispensers and storage coolers, fuel and even restroom also shower facilities.Cashiers are friendly and fast! The place is impeccably clean. I would recommend these travel centers to everyone who are takingroad trips. Read more
