I would give this particular Subway 5 stars but, I can't because 1- They're sometimes out of certain sauces for a signature... sandwich. 2-There hasn't been any cucumbers for over a month. Other than that they do have great service. They are about theonly place to eat between Bowling Green and Louisville all night. Read more

We can?t blame young age on the lack of customer service anymore because Chick-fil-A has a proven system for young responsible... employees dedicated to customer service. But this young staff SUCKS! A young female employee, Rebecca, didn?t want to changeher gloves for anything. She used those same gloves to make everyone?s sandwich before attempting to make mines, includingtouching the door to walk in the back to grab another young female employee with bad Acne, who came from the back with aterrible attitude. She acted like she was mad as hell because she had to check the bread in the oven. Plus, she came from theback wearing gloves already. I was under the impression, all-new sets of gloves shall be applied in front of customers, right?There isn?t a glove shortage. So now she?s madly slanging bread pans in front of customers like her Day was interrupted beingresponsible for cooking the bread. When it was finally time to make my sandwich, I walked out! I just walked out. You may want to have a refresher course with your employees about cross contamination. First they put raw... bacon in the same oven they were toasting my sandwich in, yes at the same time, and the juices ran over onto my bread. The girlpulling them out of the oven even said ?gross?. I couldn?t agree more. Then the paper that my sandwich was on, with said baconjuices on it fell into the veggies and nothing was done about it. This on top of their annoyance at every customer walking in,including myself, I just couldn?t see spending money here. Read more

I felt the need to leave a review for the excellent staff at around 7:30 p.m. today. I don't think I've ever seen three Subway... workers working at the same time all were friendly and my pizza was damn awesome. I would say this is the most satisfied I'vebeen with a Subway meal in years. Read more
