The pizza was not that good and the boneless wings i ordered had runny milky cheese that was supposed to be garlic... parmesan...the snide comment about my military service was uncalled for also....this was not a great experience in Clarendon...iguess it was a franchise and not pizza hut policies.....Clarendon is a town ive rolled thru many times over my years of truckdriving! SERVICE SUCKED. Ordered on the app 20 minutes before arriving. 6:39PM. Driving 16 hour trip. Get there and order was ready on... the app 10 minutes later. No one comes out. Called and guy immediately puts the phone down on the counter. Waited 10 minutes onphone and finally hung up. Guy comes out and say pizza not ready. I said the app says it is. He says 6 more minutes. Its nowbeen an hour and the guy hasn?t come out or told us anything. Pretty sure he gave OUR pizza away. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.RIDICULOUS. Don?t waste your time at this trashy place Husband went in finally and they had the pizza in the oven. Lazy guycouldn?t even have the decency to bring our CURBSIDE order out after an HOUR of waiting outside. Pathetic. DONT GO HERE!!! Iwant to also mention when my husband went in the Guy and Women were just sitting there. Pretty pathetic when the guy knew wewere waiting. This place used to be so good. But now idk. They don?t wear gloves because it?s against the new health protocol? Say what now. I... manager a truck stop with a kitchen and a Wendy?s. That?s so not true. Their excuse was that ?they wash their hands? okay, sowhat? They wash their hands for every different food the cook touches? Or would they cross contaminate the food? I?m not going down to one star because most of the order was ok but cmon. I ordered a big box and the pizza with the peppers was... a disappointment. Pepperoni was stacked not spread pepperoni did not cook right. Some of it burned. Read more

Went to restroom to wash up, waitstaff cleared the table. I'd left my hat in the booth, when I asked about it the... waitress/manager knew nothing of it. With a lot of the Pizza Huts closing I was doing my part to boost sales, not to have myproperty vanish. Read more
