came in, it wasn't busy, the cashier took a while to get to us, that was fine we weren't in a rush, all I wanted was a bagel... BLT. she put in BELT and got a little frustrated with me and asked "sausage or bacon". it's a BLT? what about that impliessausage? I tell her bacon, that's fine, I just want my sandwich. I finally get my order and there's a slice of cheese on it andno mayo? I'm autistic and suffer with ARFID, having things like this wrong with my order end up making me unable to eat it, I'mjust a little confused as to why a bacon, lettuce, tomato bagel was such a hassle and why she rang it in as a BELT. It took me and my son 20 mins for 2 coffees and a breakfast wrap. They are more concerned about drive-thru then the customers... walking in. I've been here multiple times and it's always a very long wait for food. Drive up the road to Serious coffee orMacDonalds, it's less of a wait and better coffee Read more

Storefront service after 1pm is tragic at best. The 3-11 staff leave little to be desired. They are friendly but are not... attentive to the store front and focus more efforts on the drive thru. Read more

Got a maple blt today but it has no bacon. Am I missing something here Canada? Isn?t a ?BLT? bacon, lettuce and tomato or are... American?s eating something totally different? I?ll stick to America?s favourite which is Dunkin Donuts and not your over pricedbagels with even old lettuce on it. Pathetic. Read more

It's your typical Timmies. Prices are rising, and your lucky if you get what you ordered. But, who can resist the donuts... :)

literally had my 3 coffees on the tray ready to hand to me, then Mr Manager realized one of the xtra larges should be a large.... He actually stops. Pours the Xtra large into a large cup and throws out the other cup. Right in front of me. Like you'd ratherthrow out some coffee and a cup than make a customer happy. This was the manager on at 9:00 am Saturday Read more

I was there on multiple occasions and had the same VERY POOR SERVICE?.. I came in on June 9th at 4:17pm, I approached the sales... counter and stood there WITHOUT BEING acknowledged for 4 mins 37 seconds before I asked for help, 4 times out loud and with 7staff members on and no one watching and or helping customers at register. The one guy was stocking fridge and looked up at metwice and didn?t say anything and went back to filling fridge, after the 4mins passed I asked the only staff member makingsandwiches that was paying attention to have the Tim Horton person that is manning the register to come up and take my order?.?This shouldn?t happen?. Turns out the guy who was stocking fridge and not once but 3 times went to the back ?again seeing me,but ignoring me? finally after being asked by kitchen staff to serve me, he eventually walked over and took my order, if thatsnot bad enough, no apology for being disrespected and made to wait, NOPE, that same person in kitchen throws my order on counterand walks away. I have been to this Tims 12 or so times, and every time, I go or we go as a family the service is alwayshorrible and I often avoid this store for that reason. Unfortunately today I was working in Sooke and love Tims just not thisstore, so I went and ordered there for the last time. If you can?t provide a service a simple as taking a order, its in myopinion that this manager and store staff, go through some vigorous training on customer service or quit. I mean this place isHORRIBLE EVERY TIME. I am calling into head office to file a complaint. No customers ahead of me and only one other customerthat was eating his order in lobby, and even he shook his head. Read more
