You really need to double check the bags and make sure everything is in there. This is the 4th time in a row they have forgotten... something and it's very upsetting. 0 Stars. First off all we got the wrong order so we went back and was told ?oh I thought I gave u the wrong one? by the... employee. We get in our car and our grilled cheese was not even MELTED! The cheese were untouched and COLD. It?s like they putit in for a second. We asked to get it remade to have the cheese at least somewhat melted and we were told they cannot do thatand their ?grill doesn?t have that power? by another employee. WHY OFFER THESE THINGS WHEN ITS NOT EVEN DONE RIGHT. Selling a?GRILLED CHEESE? that isn?t even the slightest bit ?GRILLED?. Got our money back but jeez. Unbelievable! 0 stars! Worstlocation ever. Two reason why I won't go back to Tim Hortons: 1. $8.99 for a salad 2. Said salad was not even half full in what was already a... very tiny bowl... put some ingredients in the bowl!! If I hadn't already paid I would never have accepted the salad and justgone somewhere else but I was in a hurry... and the chicken habenaro wrap was even tinier. Ordered a take 12 and a sandwich. Now ive worked at the tim hortons in langford back when we did take 10s. I know that you need... to let the coffee completely finish brewing before making the take 12, not only did the supervisor(the freaking supervisor) notfollow that, but also ended up pouring coffee all over the box and they made a huge mess, i was watching all of this take placeand instead of communicating with me about whats going on, when I asked how much longer, she got aggitated and snappy at me andtold me that it will be ready shortly. I ordered a take 12, i know the drill, its time consuming. The poor girl at the front ofthe counter was on her 4rth shift and was left up front by herself with no other bodies around to help. I tried being asencouraging and supportive as i could and when she was having difficulties asked her if there was a supervisor that could assisther, she hesitated and then went and got said supervisor. The store wasnt overly busy, it was steady in store, but with mostlycoffee orders and a couple sandwiches. At one point there were 3 staff members making my take 12. Shocked at how rudeness of the drive thru staff. The young man who served me was hostile and rude. It was later in the day and... they had run out of many donuts so it took me a while to place the order. He didn't make it easy for me to tell me what theyactually had on hand and he responded with the most disdainful tone. I bit my tongue and place the ordered and proceeded to pay.When i received my order I didn't say any thing but telling him about customer service was on the tip of my tongue. So I putaway my card, and the young then says " Did you want anything else!" because I guess it took me too long in his eyes to driveaway?! Did I mention that I didn't even get a thank you?! Why don't these young people have manners or common courtesy anymore?I'm never going back. This is on top of the incompetance that the other reviewers had mentioned. I can handle an order mistakeif they are new staff or busy but this rudeness and hostility is truly appalling. Read more

Here from the mainland BC for a holiday. 2nd day in a row I have gone through drive through for a steeped tea and received a... coffee instead. First visit I went in to have it remade. Today I didn't bother. Gave it to my friends kids as I am not a fan ofTim's coffee. Not a great first impression for a tourist. Read more

If there was an option for no stars or negative stars I would definitely use it. This Tim Horton's has to be the worst one out... of the entire chain of 4,000 plus stores Canada wide. Since they first opened I have had bad service, very abysmal food, andcoffee that is never stirred. The wait times in the drive thru are ungodly long and if you choose to walk in then be prepared towait even longer as they almost don?t acknowledge you walk in as all their staff is centered in the drive thru. The picturesattached to this review were taken on Boxing Day when I went for my morning coffee. After getting to the store through the iceand snow I walked in and ordered my usual two XL triple triples, after waiting roughly 5 minutes I received them and began towalk back home. I tasted my coffee as I usually do because they mess it up so much I had to make sure it was right. I tested itabout 6 minutes into my walk and it tasted disgusting but as I was already a majority of the way back to my house I imagined itjust needed sugar. When I arrived at my house I took the lid off to put some sugar in and to my surprise the coffee had CURDLEDcream in it. I immediately was disgusted and called them right away, they finally picked up after the third call. I explained tothem what happened and all they told me was ?ok come back and we?ll make you new ones? completely ignoring the fact that therewas curdled cream in my coffee and that it is not food safe to be giving customers this and that their staff should know better.I?m honestly tired of complaining to management about these issues and that?s why I?m putting this revived out there. I get toldby management not to bash all their staff and I can agree to that, however there is very minimal staff at this location thatactually do their job and know how to work so it?s very hard not to generalize. Consistently messes up my order on the daily. Let?s start with today- ordered a pulled pork crave-able. Get to the window, the... guy working the window is yelling at an employee about something being in the back, and I mean Y-E-L- L- I- N- G. Okay movingalong, the guy then tells me that they are out of buns for the pulled pork & and asks if I want a bagel bun instead, and Irecommended doing a white bun oppose to a bagel- gross. I should have checked before I left, because I?ve had issues with themmessing up before but I didn?t. Lunch time comes around & I open up my sandwich to this. Like come on, do better. It?s nothard to provide MEDIOCRE AT THE VERY LEAST service to paying customers. Disgusting service. Don?t trust your order- doublecheck. Demand better. Read more
