So nice to get great pizza at this place. Since moving to AZ where they don?t have Round Table, I have missed having such great... pizza. Today was as good as ever? nothing can beat my half Maui Zowie, half Italian garlic supreme. The employees always tellme that is their favorite combination too so I am on the money with that five star choice?. Read more

Id put zero stars but it won't let me. I had the worst customer svc today with the employee Salma. She was so rude its... unbelievable. I used my card to pay, it said no reply on the machine, she said your cards declined and took pizza off table andput in back, before even trying card again. Machines glitch all the time. I said can you run it again my card is fine, she saidwell go ahead, again it said no reply, I said its not declined it says no reply, she said well I had all these receipts fromcards today that worked just fine, shaking a handful of receipts in front of me. So I showed her my bank acct balance on myphone and said its the machine and can you please try to do it manually, she pushed the machine over and said fine then go aheadand do it yourself, as if I know how to work there credit card machine? I said I don't know how, she shrugged, I said what am Isupposed to do then, she stared blankly, I tried for a 3rd time normal and it went through. She was the rudest person incustomer svc I've ever dealt with,. It is her job and she treated me so badly I was shaking. I asked for a manager and shesaid, "well im the one in charge right now so". I then just took pizza and walked out. I do not expect to be treated so badlyin any public place, it was so upsetting i am still shaking. Mostly cause I really wanted to tell her how rude she was but Iknew it was not appropriate. I just got my large pan pizza delivered barely cooked. It was like warm dough, and not edible as is. If this was the first time... I'd let it go, but a couple times before it was just barely edible. My wife's personal size was supposed to have bacon on it,but when I ordered it I was told they were out of bacon. Say what? To get another would be an hour and a half. I was a long timecustomer, but I'm rethinking it now. Good luck, it'll be awhile before I order another delivery. Read more
Have always loved their pizza!! It just takes more time than normal but so worth it!!
I used to always be excited to order Round Table but the last few times have been incredibly disappointing leaving me not... wanting to order again. No pizza sauce no cheese very few toppings? It is supposed to be pizza isn't it? Not crust pizza, justoverall very dissatisfied with the new management and their idea of quality. And by the reviews I'm not the Only one who feelsthis way, you might want to double check your orders before they go out because the quality of your pizza just keeps goingdownhill and I'm sorry to say this because this used to be my favorite pizza!
