My wife and I had the pleasure of having our wedding catered by Uncie Ro?s Pizza, and we couldn?t be more pleased. The pizza was... nothing short of amazing; handcrafted with delicious local ingredients, cooked in a wood fire oven and served up hot to all ourguests. They even provided appetizers and salad, along with garlic knots that were to die for. Seriously, our guests still bringup the food. Beyond the delicious food, Roland (the owner) was very professional and helpful in selecting the perfect pizzatoppings and appetizers. He took all the worry out of the whole process. I'm so happy I hired Uncie Ro's pizza to cater my wedding. Roland was amazing to work with every step of the way (such a nice... guy!), all the food tasted great, and the price was really reasonable.
