Asked for extra pickles and Mac sauce. We did not receive it. We asked to get it fixed and the manager rolled his eyes and said... it already has it. We showed it only had two pickles and very little Mac sauce. He took it back then brought it back and saidhere is your triple extra. Read more
Stopped inside for breakfast at sorrento location..the two ladies at rhe front ignored us..for about 4 minutes..yes looked right... at us and just kept talking and working on drive thru..the gentleman at the fry too looked right at us and no good morning orcan we help you nothing..it was truly sad..no one was in the restaurant and drive thru wasn't too busy..sadly I felt raciallyprofiled if I am to ge honest..how else would one feel if 3 people are looking right at you waiting at the register and 2 ladieswere chatting and the man barely working..I thought perhaps it was just me but my adult daughter was with me..after 4 min I washelped then she was nice..sadly only after I said good morning..said thank you..then she was at least talking to me..our orderwas under $10 so not an issue or time? Why..why??so very sad.. I wished her a blessed day and then and only then did sherespond kindly..we won't visit that location ever again..nit because of one employee but 3..this behavior should not betolerated..I pray they get spoken too. Egg McMuffin was not toasted, at all. Went in from drive through. Got new order, realized had egg shells added once riding on... I-10. Not one person was alerted or alarmed that bread was not toasted. Skip this restaurant and go to the next exit. Read more
The employees attitudes are terrible! Ordered 4 breakfast combos. Only had 1 hash brown in our bag. When I let them know... before we left the window, they wanted to argue with us, saying that we did not purchase 4 combo meals. When I showed them ourreceipt they berated us for asking them to correct their mistake. I would avoid this location. Read more

Then went through drive through......they were at least taking orders there. Still very slow. Total time from arrivalto food 23 minutes. FAST FOOD restaurant? I don't think so. Read more

Stopped by here as I was passing through, and this has got to be one of the best if not THE best McDonald?s I?ve ever been to.... Service was fast, even with the breakfast rush. Crew members seem to work very well together. Food was fresh, and tasty. Andextremely appealing to the eye! So I want to give some serious kudos to the crew, and management!
