I've been to this one 2 times both times the service was terrible, both myself and the customer in front of me were waiting on... mild chicken when it came out instead of filling our order they filled drive thru orders and we both had to take other options(not what we ordered) just to be able to leave and eat. If I could do 0 stars I would went yesterday afternoon(7/06/22) ordered the ten piece with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits got home... 3 wings were so over cooked couldn't get any good meat from them one leg so overcooked it was too dry to eat 2 breast too dry toeat and 1 thigh too dry to eat. That leaves 3 pieces, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits that were edible that I spent $27 dollars forf..k this Popeyes this is terrible still never go there again. Read more

They could use a little order. It seems they all get engaged in the same activity. They need to stay in their lane unless they... know specifically what's going on. However, they seem to be attentive and professional. Except I think the white female wasdoing a lot. She needs a lesson on professionalism. Every Black person doesn't speak the same with the same cadence. Remain witha professional demeanor regardless of the customer. Last thing the fries were cold. They left them sitting in while the sandwichwas involved in a conversation that didn't have anything to do with her. The spicy chicken sandwich was spicy, but the chickenwas not. Read more
