This is one of the worse run Chipotles I have ever been to. The location is near me but I will often travel to a different... Chiptole to order. Its pretty apparent that most of the staff does not care and does not want to be there. Do not botheremailing Chiptole Corporate about a bad experience because I think they have given up on the store. If you have to go do notbother going for dinner as they are constantly run out of food items like guac and fajitias. I ask the staff if they run outbecuase of supply chain issues and they said they have it but they didnt make it and they will not make more quac and fajitas at6pm when they close at 10pm. This place is a complete dissappointment and see my picture of the rotten guac they sold us, tastehorrible and smelled bad. Emailed Chipotle about it and no response. The service here is unacceptable and to serve us bad foodis really not acceptable. Read more

Sloppy meal and careless Staff! I ordered a salad with chicken, vegetables, cheese, sour cream. The person at the counter said... they didn?t have any more lettuce but they could put some shredded in. They were only two employees who were talking amongstthemselves and not addressing me. Then their friends came in and they were fraternizing with them. What I ended up with was abowl of fajita vegetables, black beans, with sour cream on top. There was hardly any lettuce, hardly any Chicken, and a fewpieces of steak found in there randomly. This is a pathetic representation of the chipotle chain that used to be so good. Read more

My issue is when you place your order online. I order the fajita veggies with my bowl and I didn?t get any peppers& onions so I... drove back to Chipotle they told me that they are out of them. I personally need that in my Mexican food to enjoy it. Theycouldn?t give me my money back because they aren?t allowed he said you have to go online to do that. I called first and got arobot then finally was to be connected to a human but they didn?t pick up. I was happy a Chipotle opened near me but I guessit?s back to Quakertown if they can?t get it together. My son had a bowl tonight he said again they must be out of the fajitaveggies because he ordered it and didn?t receive them. I don?t understand why they under order peppers and onions this is aMexican restaurant after all!!! Read more

We?ve gone in person a few times and things were fine overall. I did an online order and picked up through the chipotlane for... the first time last night. Got my order wrong. If they ran out of the peppers and onions, that?s fine, but don?t have it as anoption then!! Will never do online order again. EDIT: I?m SHOCKED at how terrible these reviews are. I left this before readingthe others. Not surprised they got my order wrong. However, the 3 times I?ve been there my bowls were a good portion. Still,don?t think I?ll be going back and wasting my money after seeing how some people have gotten sick and employees dropping food onfloor, stale food etc. ???? Read more

Nobody was in line ahead of us, and the 5 workers just went about their business filling online orders as if we weren't standing... there. When we got our burritos they were a mess. They were out of some food options (chicken). Our tortilla chips were stale.They were out of knives, forks, straws, small drink lids, sauce cups. Every trash can was overflowing and the counter where wesat to eat was filthy. When we left, there were about 9 or so people in line. I can only imagine how long they're going to haveto wait... This Chipotle location since it?s inception has been awful. They?re consistently out of most ingredients and what they do have,... always looks old and unappetizing. The team members always seem to be in a foul mood and have very little sense of urgency orcustomer focus. You?d think this being a newer location that they?d be on top of their game, but it?s the exact opposite.Additionally, the restaurant is also normally very messy and dirty, specifically the preparation counter you order at. Last timeI went there, the pinto beans looked like a paste and resembled Mexican refried beans. Avoid this one at all costs. It needs toclose so a good restaurant can open in it?s place. Read more

Almost the entirety of the bag of chips were burnt . And we found a bug in our bowl. This place needs to be closed, inspected,... and deep cleaned. Then train your employees properly on how to cook the food. Read more

I was very excited to see a Chipotle opening in my area. After checking the reviews, it seems like they had a rough start,... probably due to being extremely busy since they JUST opened. The service and quality/quantity of food goes down at ANY foodestablishment when there aren?t enough staff to keep up with the customers and the staff run out of ingredients or must rusharound like crazy to keep up with the orders. I drove by here a few times around dinner and the entire parking lot was full,along with the mobile order pickup line AND the parking lot next to it (which was always empty prior to Chipotle opening). Idecided to wait until a less busy day/time because I am not going to expect to receive quality service when a place is thatbusy. With that being said, I tried them today on my lunch break (at 11:00am), they had about 4 people in the line and workedquick and efficient, all the staff was SUPER friendly (despite probably having an extremely hard week there) and the food wasdelicious! I got a burrito bowl and everything was cooked well and it?s still hot and they had all the available toppingsready. If you came here during an extremely busy time on top of them just opening up, and had a bad experience - then try at aless busy time or accept that the quality will not be best until they work out a system that works.
