This is a good McDonalds. The staff has always been nice, friendly or at the very least not rude. I have not had any real issues... with the food or service and the one mistake I have seen over the last 4 years of going there at least once per week wasinstantly remedied. Everyone here seems well trained and in my opinion they are always well staffed or at least the staff theyhave can hustle when shorthanded. Read more

Alright, this is THE BEST McDonalds in THE WORLD! My friend and I have been frequenting this place(after a hard days work and... such) since the beginning of this year; it is truly amazing. They run a tight ship, and the fact that they prioritize a cleanenvironment is multitudes more obvious than most higher/mid end restaurants. I love to dine in and the food is never sloppilyprepared; my normal order of a spicy crispy chicken sandwich with extra spicy pepper sauce and extra crinkle cut pickles alwaysfloweth with oodles of sauce, this place doesn?t skimp on anything! Odds of them giving you the food you ordered and/or not messing with it are slim. Had a packet of salt dumped on a burger the... other night, and haven't gotten the correct breakfast sandwich one, single, time. Read more
I know reviewing a fast food restaurant seems silly, as we?ve all come to expect a certain level of service or quality from such... an establishment. However, the McDonald?s in Souderton, PA is most definitely the exception to your average fast foodexperience. All of the staff are extremely friendly, personable, and attentive. In this day and age, it?s rare to find oneperson, let alone an entire store?s worth of people who all genuinely care and take pride in their jobs. On several occasions,I?ve seen staff offer help to people with the ordering kiosks who are having difficulties or not hesitate to just take theirorders at the counter if that?s easier for the customer. They?re always very quick and kind to the constant flow of deliverydrivers that come in picking up for Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub. I?ve even heard them offer the drivers a beverage orsnack free of charge, to thank them for their hard work. While eating in their lobby, I?ve never once heard or seen anyonecomplain about a customer, difficult situation, or anything. They?re always pleasant and more than happy to help. If somethingis prepared wrong or you have any sort of issue, they immediately make things right and always apologize for any inconvenience.I often make the joke that these people are probably just Chick-fil-A employees dressed in McDonald?s uniforms, but in allseriousness they?re just good and stand-up people. I try not to frequent fast food restaurants too often, but when I?m wantingMcDonald?s, this location is the only one I?ll go to. Read more
I have to say I miss the look of the old building. It definitely doesn't have that warm feeling from the outside that it use to.... I am also disappointed that they did away with the playground. My children are a big part of why I would come here. Since themakeover the kid friendly feel is way gone and that took away from wanting to come here to eat. But the staff is very friendlyand they do a great job in keeping it cleaned up. And I have never had a problem with my order in anyway they seem to get youyour food in a timely manner. And it's always what it was I ordered. So other than my personal preference on the old VS the newthis is a very nice clean and friendly atmosphere. Read more
They have now twice in the past few months given me a completely wrong order at the drive-thru, in addition to other instances... of missing items (sauce, etc). There is no effort at the second window to ensure that anything is correct, just a roboticpassing off of the bag that arrives at their counter. Read more
