Ordered through the app. The app said our order was ready. When we arrived, our order wasn't even started yet. We patiently... waited another 20 minutes. When we got home the pizzas weren't even cut. The person working the counter wasn't very friendlyeither. It wasn't the first time we had issues at the Souderton location. This was our first visit and our last! Gross when the person making your pizza is the same person handling money and the... computer then didn't wash his hands but went on to make another crust. I feel sorry for the person who ate that pizza. All foodworkers need to wear gloves. Very unorganized.Very unsanitary. We were told our pizza would be done in 25 minutes but when wearrived 20 minutes later , it wasn't even made yet. The man making the crust looked like he wore the same apron all week and thegirl putting on the toppings kept picking at her clothes and face then touching the toppings. Big thumbs down! Read more
I don't say its dirty ... but the people need to wear gloves when cooking .... the person who prepared my food had no gloves and... had like the mechanic's hands .... and please don't get me wrong .... mechanics are good people ....I paid for the meal butdid I eat it ?.... Carry out is better than delivery as they use door dash and takes a minute. Most pizza is done well, but ordered with anchovies... and they put the can in the box with the pizza instead of on the pizza and cooking them. Happened more than once. Read more
I was so pleasantly surprised that my experience with this store was as positive as it was. Typically a carry out type of pizza... place isn?t normal for fantastic customer service, not usually awful, but not white glove. The young man that assisted me todaygreeted me as soon as I walked in, and was quick to retrieve my order. He was smiling and made the experience 5 stars. We?re happy there?s a papa johns open near us. We ordered two pizza to try it out. My stuffed pizza looked really good, but my... boyfriend?s normal pizza looked a little sad. Hopefully next time the toppings can be spread evenly. Read more
I ordered 4 pizza for my family spent over $50 and all 4 pizza were burned and disgusting. The man working at this location was... not friendly actually very rude. I want my money back from this disgusting pizza. Avoid this location. Order my pizza 11/26/22around 8pm. So we know who was working that night! Read more
