This Wendy's has staffing issues. When they are adequately staffed everything runs as normal but often they are short staffed.... This means long, slow moving drive thru lines and twice I was told they are shut down for an hour or for the night becuase theywere short staff while I was in line for the drive thru. The food has been fine but it is really hit or miss. The Wendy's down309 is a better bet. Read more
Very stingy. They recently reduced the number of salad dressing packets provided from two to one and will still give you just... one even when you specifically order two. Also, their frosty machine has been broken for months and still has not been repaired.Unacceptable for a multibillion-dollar corporation. Read more

Ordered exactly 2 things in drive-thru today (2 burgers, nothin' fancy). They boffed up one of them. No napkins in the bag,... and a wait of almost 10 mins... At 2 in the afternoon on a Sunday with only 1 car in front of me.... I'm a lifelong Wendy'sfan, but after today, seriously folks, get your S together..... ?????????????????? Read more
This has always been a good Wendy's location for me, as I used to eat here years ago when this location first opened. This... time, we ate here on a Saturday evening, and we were happy that the dining room was open. That said, they were slow to come tothe register to take our order, but they were quite quick filling the order. The dining room was clean and the food wasprepared correctly. The fries were warm and well salted, so that was good also. The fancy multiple flavor soda/pop machine inthe lobby worked well and didn't seem to be out of any flavors. They were out of small lids for the cups, but someone at thecounter supplied me one when I asked. Read more

Food so so for fast food. The place needs cleaning floors dirty / finger prints all over the glass doors & widows. Counter... tops dirty no napkins. Ok here's the winner don't advertise breakfast if no ones going to work. The employees were having agreat time. Read more
This used to be a great Wendy?s. Tonight we went and it was gross. The tables and floor were unkept and there were crumbs/trash... everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting. The food was the only not horrible part of the experience. If you are deciding betweenhere and literally any other restaurant in Souderton, choose elsewhere.
