Came here on a friday, two girls were behind the counter just chatting and would not take our order. There were two gentleman... running around inside doing stuff and taking orders. Mind you, there was not a long line only one person in front of us. After15 mins of waiting we were helped but our order was wrong. The girls never turned their back the whole entire time. I used to work here and it was horrible. The owner would be calling me names and screaming and keep in mind that i?m 15 years... old. I got paid less than minimum wage even ($8 an hour) and they overworked us. I?d be coming home so late sometimes such as 12and 1 am and my legs would be killing me. Whenever it was busy the store would be so dirty to the point where we?d be slippingon ice cream that was spilled on the floor. My best friend and I decided to work together because we thought it?d be a goodexperience but it never was. We?d be working for hours with no place to sit because there was literally no chairs so we werealways standing and working with hardly any breaks. I honestly don?t wish this job on anyone they should find a better job.Would you let your child work in a store where a 70 year old man is always watching you through the cameras and calls to screamat you for absolutely no reason and is telling you what to do every 2 seconds? DO NOT GO HERE. The workers have worked while the sewage was flooding the place. The ice cream machine has molding, mildew and... an insane amount of grease clogged in it. The owner has no regard for anyone that works there look up @urmother7218 on ticktok Read more

Horrible experience. My son and I waited 10 mins when there was only one person in front of us. The server asked her a question... then a question then another one. I figured the order must be super complicated. Finally it's our turn. My son and I order twosimple blizzards. She walked away. Then came back. Confirmed the flavor. Walked away. Came back to confirm the topping. Youcan't be serious. Finally we get the blizzards. Nothing but ice cream. I asked her were the mix ins were - spooning throughnothing but ice cream. She shrugged her shoulder and said it was in there. See the pictures...I think one whole M&M (one of thepictures you see a small fragment of one) was used. I paid. Threw out the ice cream and left. Have been going to this DQ for years. This is my favorite ice cream shop. From the blizzards, sundaes, banana splits, floats,... milkshakes, hard and soft icecream, they offer it all. This is location has a couple of tables/benches to eat outside and isright on busy Route 9 South in Oldbridge. Read more
Great place for a any kind of ice cream shakes depending on the size and location they have a lot of great stuff but this... particular place is small but the customer service was excellent really nice women helped us order and even turned the blizzardupside down and it didn?t even move!!! Got Blizzard. Never had one. Asked for banana. Was told it was an extra charge. Why extra when they all come with something? And... being 'Extra' I thought it would be real banana but no banana in it. If he used syrup he was out of it. Tasted like Vanilla. Read more
