The McRib was a welcome surprise...I do not know what they are doing different but their French fries are not the same as they... used to be. They no longer have that crispy outside and soft inside. They are a shell of what they used to be. Their fishsandwich also has the same size bun but smaller size piece of fish,bring the big piece of fish back. The crew member who handed me my receipt and food had a bandaid on her fingers with no gloves covering the bandaid-- both... disgusting disgusting and NOT food safe. My family and I went to get hot fudge sundaes and French fries. After sitting at the speaker for 2-3 minutes with no response we... pulled up to the drive thru. We had asked the women in the front if we could place the order in the front. She said no and thenproceeded to take the order of everyone else behind us. We were told to pull to the back of the line and reorder. After waitingin the line for 10 minutes we opted to stay and requested the employee who had no name tags to take the order at the frontbecause we had waited and at this point there was a line of 5-10 cars. They demanded that we pull to the side and told us theywould not take our order until we came back around the line. For some reason the manager felt threatened by us waiting in theline and CALLED THE POLICE. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. The most insane excuse for a big Mac I ever received from any McDonald's establishment I've ever entered. I also came with... three other patrons and all three orders were wrong. Each of us had to go back to the counter and correct our orders. The bigMac I ordered was look like it was put together by Ray Charles after he took a hit of crack. I should of gotten a refund but Ididn't have time to go eat somewhere else I was on a lunch break so opted to exchange for a 10 pc nugget ????.
