This place SUCKS!!! Dirty, unclean and staff was rude. Also, no one is in the place and it still takes a long time for five (5)... people to make coffee? While waiting for my order, several customers were served wrong orders or orders made incorrectly. Notsure why this place is such a debacle but it is. While waiting, one of the ?baristas? fished something out of a bucket w/aspoon and showed to to another barista. Think it was an insect but not 100% sure. They both showed signs of disgust whenlooking at the spoon. No one on the place and the tables are dirty and the condiment station is unclean???? Really??? Expect somuch more when you?re spending $$$$$ for coffee. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! See pictures attached. Read more
The baristas were too quick and didn't pay attattent to detail. I asked for no whip and coconut milk and they put whip cream on... it. I kindly said that I asked for no whipped cream, she took it back and scraped the whipped cream off leaving a bunch ofchunks still in my drink. I was in a rush so i didn't even bother to have her remake it so I scooped the rest out into the trashcan and lost about 1/4 of my drink. Thank goodness I don't have a dairy allergy, I am vegan so I don't eat dairy, but they don'tknow that so they should've just remade it because that can be really bad. Another one of our group ordered a drink and her cupwas half full and the rest was all foam... Their straw/lid bar was not properly stocked and staff just seemed too busy to give aproper greeting or even just a smile. I was very dissatisfied. I would give 0 stars if I could! Read more
Went there in the morning. Employees gave the feeling like they hated their job. One was sleeping behind the cash register. ... No "thank You" when I gave them my business. Other 2 where having a conversation with zero interaction with customers. Counterwith creamers and sugar was dirty with creamers almost empty. This probably should of been attended to by the person sleepingbehind the register. My guess is no manager was there or they need a better one. Coffee still good though so 2 stars. Read more
