Drive Thru attendant took my credit card and dissappeared for 3 minutes. She finally appeared and gave me back my card with the... food. I had to pull over and terminate my credit card account number because i bet she either wrote my info down or took apicture of my card.. I mean who does that? Don't you want the customer to feel sure that you're not doing a shady thing? Read more

Iconic fast food institution. The service was super slow at this location. The dining room was mess. Looked like the workers... were working in slow motion. The food has not changed in over 30 years. Same old gut buster or murder burgers as my husbandwould say. It is what it is supposed to be a cheap meal. Read more

On 1/25/22 @ 2:35pm in Sayreville, NJ I placed an order which took almost no time at all to complete. When I sat down to eat is... when the problems were obvious. There were 6 tables that had food & drink residue on them. Then there's the floor.. lots ofdropped food is scattered under tables. Does the manager not make the effort to look and have someone clean??? Then there wasthe HVAC registers in the ceiling all 5 were filthy & had black stuff "growing" on them. The worst parts was the fresh airreturn! You have to see the pictures to believe how caked up the dirt was.. I would think COVID-19 would have inspired placeslike this to rethink cleanliness and sanitation, I guess I was wrong. Read more
