They missed up my whole order " 5 chicken sandwiches" and when I called to complain they put me on hold. First time for 8... minutes and when I hung up and called a gain for the second time they put me for another 15 minutes then kept the phone busy therest of the night so I don't call back. ( I called at 9:12 pm and the phone was busy till 10:00 pm "clossing time") This is notthe first time we have problem with this location. This chick Fil a is truly superior. I lived down south for many years and have been to my fair share of chick Fil a?s. The... quality of the food and staff here is tremendous. Always delicious and fresh. They don?t pre scoop their mac and cheese andleave it sitting like most do. The lines move quick even during a rush. You can tell they take pride in the food here. I order thru drive thru then i came home. I found out they mess up all my order. I didn't get 2 sandwiches that I order.... Basically, I didn't get my breakfast that morning. I called and complained. Only thing they did is to put me in the systemthat it. I'm not happy with that. Read more
This place is always a pleasure to eat it. Their food is great! They also seem to use the same quality of ingredients in their... positive, quick service. This place has something very special as the staff always seem to create a very positive atmosphere.They all seem like they genuinely like each other as friends and enjoy working together - that means a lot to me and speaksvolumes of the company overall. I am very displeased with the customer service I received. I am visiting from Miami, so I placed an order for delivery. Once I... saw that I have not received any updates regarding my order past the time I was supposed to receive my order, I contacted therestaurant where the employee told me it will be an additional 15-20 minutes. Which meant a whole hour of waiting on thedelivery. The manager Hannah, was unnecessarily rude. Stating "What else do you want me to do?" it was definitely not the way tohandle an upset customer, especially from a so-called manager. plus the salad I ordered was old and disgusting. Read more

This restaurant is always packed to the brim, but for good reason. They have multiple lanes and the staff taking orders are very... attentive. For the amount of orders they process, it is amazing how fast they keep the line moving. I highly recommend them. Read more
