Didn't eat here was delivering for doordash... When I went to pick up food they told me it would be 20 minutes because they... turned off the app on purpose because they we're busy. So I would recommend that you don't order online you probably won't getyour food no doordasher will wait that long. The most I will wait is five minutes if more then that I unassigned the order.What's crazy is the restaurant pays a fee to have doordash and they are messing it up. Very bad Businesspractice. *****Update***** Artisan replied with child like response. Just don't order doordash here, go pick it up yourself. Ordered club sandwich on sour dough. The bread was grilled on one side not toasted, the bacon extremely under cooked. Bread was... soggy and greasy. I had to throw away the bacon. I called and spoke to manager/owner, I said I didn't want to make a big dealabout this but club sandwiches are always served on toast. She was so rude to me. I won't be back. Read more
Our burgers were as expected, good, but really cheap on the fries. The Chicken Alfredo was just ok, the chicken was a bit burnt... and very dry. Pretty pricy for 2 burgers, a chicken Alfredo and 1 mixed drink, 66 bucks! I think the most disappointing thingwas that it was 97 degrees put and we wanted to eat in a place that was cool. It seems like it was still 90 in the place. Wewere dripping sweat when we left. I was really wanting to try here for a long time, now I did. I'm not sure it was 66 dollarsgood for the experience and food. Edit: 66 dollars before tip. Bartender was quick to rush us out at 11:30. Drinks are sub par, food sucks, Not my cup o tea. Me personally I look like a... criminal and felt like they treated me accordingly. Locked the door behind me and my wife . This could have been just a slow daycommunication error but I have been there 3 times and every time it?s the same. Not a fan 2.8 stars. I'm very sorry to leave this review. I have been waiting for them to improve because I really enjoyed their food and atmosphere.... The staff is friendly. I have been ordering since July. Sometimes Doordash, sometimes, pick up, and sometimes dine in. In Augustthey kept leaving items off of my orders. I called and was assured they would refund the missing items. They never did. It'sbeen really hit and miss but today was the last straw. I ordered my favorite, a Reuben and a Cesar salad. I opened the salad andthere was visible dirt on the lettuce. I called to let them know to wash the lettuce. The manager was very apologetic and nice.I got off the phone to eat my Reuben. It's actually more like a sauerkraut sandwich, almost no meat and its DRY. This absolutelybreaks my heart. I can't afford to throw away my money like this anymore. I hope they go back to the old way they made theirsandwich. They have so much promise. I hope they improve! Read more

Fabulous! Busy place on Friday fish fry night! Service was great, food fantastic! I had crab stuffed salmon with risotto and... hubby had baked walleye and baked potato - we were both pleasantly satisfied! Highly recommend! Read more
