We had Pho here and it was AMAZING. If you have ever traveled to Chicago, Madison or had Ramen at anywhere please try this local... spot. They still serve the Chinese dishes that the restaurant is previously known for, but have added a whole other side of themenus that specializes in Vietnamese dishes. The atmosphere is neighborly and very relaxed. The owner came out and took ourorder and helped us navigate the menu. We have decided to to go down the menu and try every dish. This time we each had a hugebowl of Pho and split a delicious bbq chicken rice dish. The portions are huge and the plating looks amazing. The man that made our pho was very nice. His pho was delicious. There was a lot of meat and meatball. His Spring rolls so... good. There was a lady screaming in the kitchen, but we didn't care. The food was good. I felt like we're getting trueauthentic Asian experience. Hahaha. Aaron was sweet. He apologized for the delay (we were done eating by the time we got thecoffee) on our iced coffee. He's very personable. Middle of the afternoon. No one else there. Tasty sweet and sour shrimp. Pad Thai Chicken wasn’t too flavorful but Beef Pho... was excellent. Great service, but restrooms needed attention. Read more

I enjoy trying new, different ethnic foods and I was hungry for Asian. Pho Thanh Thu has recently opened, so I decided to try... it. The restaurant was very clean and pleasant. I will not try to pronounce the name of the dish I ordered. There was thinsliced BBQd pork, shrimp, rice noodles, cucumber, bean sprouts and such. I went in hungry, I came out satisfied. Tried for the second time and giving the place another chance. And again very disappointed. This time misunderstood the order... and asked for extra egg in Chicken fried rice to not find any egg period and was the issue the first time we ordered. The Beefand potatoes for the second time was 98% onions again and barely no beef nor potatoes. And we asked to cut back on the onions.And the Sweet and Sour Chicken was extremely dry and hard! And asked if the Crab rangoons came in an order of 4 or still 6? Wasgiven 4 orders of 6 and was charged (24) !!!!!! Got home and was floored by the mistake and what was charged! Have ordered fromthis place for over 15 years and the new owner just has not got it right as of yet. We will not eat there again.
