Food is always old. I can tell the chicken has been sitting in the heat drawer for WAY too long. Fries are never fresh. Never... have potatoes ready. And the manager that works drive through is always snarky and not paying much attention to actually doingher job. I wanted to do their survey but they never give you a receipt. Read more
After my recent experience with this Wendy?s I will not return. Where do I start off?! I went inside to order and stood at the... counter for over 5 minutes before an employee decided to come to the counter to take my order. I ordered 6 of their value crispychicken sandwiches, which took over 10 minutes to receive. Brought them home and my child was eating hers and my husband took abite of his and it was completely raw. At this point my daughter had already ate half of her sandwich and I looked inside andit was not cooked all the way. Went back to Wendy?s with the sandwiches and they clearly seen they were not cooked and themanager was looking at me like he had no idea what to do or say! This is clearly so unsafe to serve undercooked food let alonechicken. Now I have to sit here and wait to see if she is going to be sick from eating this sandwich that was undercooked. Read more
My son and I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our existence. Then they proceeded to not... punch in my order correctly after I told them 3 times what we wanted. Then after that, we STILL got the wrong stuff. None ofthis is to mention the fact that they didn?t get a single order right the whole time we dined in. And don?t even get me startedon how filthy the restaurant was. Flies all over the place and old food sitting on the ground. I mean, the least they could dois make sure the lids and straws were stocked, but apparently that was too hard too. they took like 20 min to make our order and we were the only people in the drive thru now i see why they burnt the **** out both... of our sandwitches couldnt even finish it.this place use to be good but the last 3 times i went they either messed up my orderor forgot something thats my last time going there. This location gets two stars SOLEY on the Breakfast Baconator. Entered parking lot at 9:08am. No other car in drive thru other... than the one just ahead of me waiting to place an order. I got to speaker at 9:20 and was told they?d be right with me. At 9:26I placed my order. 2 Breafast baconator meals with cokes. Large. At 9:56 my order was handed to me and I parked to check it out.2 baconators, 1 medium potato wedge and 2 chocolate milk because they couldn?t get the coke to work apparently. The sandwicheswere actually pretty good. Hot, tasted fresh, made well and all the ingredients on it. The one order of wedges we did get, wereneither fresh nor hot. They were chalky and gross. This was by far the worst Wendy's trip I've ever had. We usually go to the Wendy's in Beloit WI and they're great. This one,... however, was MAJORLY lacking. First we got in line in the drive thru and waited a good 5 minutes with zero movement and therewere only 2 cars in front of us. So we went inside and ordered. We got our food and tried to fill our drinks. The machine wasn'tworking properly and sprayed soda all over and didn't dispense ice. They had no lids out that we needed. I opened my food and myorder was wrong, no big deal right? I went and got it fixed. We sat down and tried to eat and literally all 3 of the meals weordered were cold. All of them. I looked around and the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Floors, tables, doors. Everything. Iwent to get us napkins and everything we needed and none of it was stocked. We used our pants as napkins. I sat there drinkingmy drink only to get 2/3s of the way down and realize they gave me a dirty drink cup. It had black things floating in it.Everywhere. The crew behind the counter made loud inappropriate noises at each other the entire time we were there. Fakecoughing on each other and all around the food they were serving.
