I took my cousin there for her birthday during HAPPY HOUR. For her first time being there she was very pleased with her meal and... so was I. The manager Chad is AWSOME. Ordered 12.99 special of all you can eat boneless chicken and will never order again. There was more batter than chicken and... overcooked. Second platter was just a bit better and was brought out with more fries. Waste of food because we hadn't finishedthe first order. Will go back but will not order this again. Read more

First and foremost our waiter was a very nice gentleman. The food left a lot to be desired however. I got bourbon chicken and... shrimp the shrimp was burnt I did not have any bourbon sauce on the chicken it was supposed to come with garlic mashed potatoesthere was no garlic in the mashed potatoes. It also came with onions and mushrooms there were three slices of mushrooms and acouple slices of onions. Our waiter brought me a new order of shrimp. Will not return to this Applebee's. Read more
The host at the front was super warm and very welcoming. She was so nice to my kids and they loved her. Our waitress was a... little busy so we had to sit for a while but that is to be expected. She apologized and handled the rush extremely well. I cantell this isnt her first time. The manager male with glasses was super friendly and was making jokes with my kids like he hadknown us for years. I come here a lot and have never had an experience as good at this one. The waitress we had when we got there was horrible waited 15 minutes for her to take our drink orders. Then managment realized... she was not taking care of us and replaced her with gentleman. He was good but the overall time because of the first lady wasalmost 2 hrs. Read more
I've only gone once, so far. I went shortly after they opened, late in the morning on a weekday. I ordered a full-rack of ribs... and french fries and followed up with a brownie bite desert. The food was great. They were ready with a full menu that early andthat was great. The service was above average, as the bar tender was waiting tables and prepping the bar. I enjoyed my time. The staff were nice. I had ordered a chicken alfredo with broccoli. It was not good. The broccoli was raw, the fettuccine... noodles were overcooked and there was not enough alfredo sauce. But the chicken was excellent. Read more
