The staff is friendly. I habe been here twice this week and both times they forgot something from my order. Frustrating
This time they were out of brisket, the shake machine was broke and no fish sandwich. The time before that they were out of... roast beef and no shakes. Come on, close up or get your s#*t together! Arbys has become one of the best restaurants that i had rarely went to before.. ALL of their new items are always amazing! Fresh... and better than others. This restaurant shares an attached building with Phillips 66. I went inside Arby's to use the restroom and order food. The... restroom smelled like sewage and was filthy. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in years as they literally had dirttrails going to each toilet. The sinks were covered in dirt and what looked like ashes. I actually debated using the sinks asthe faucet appeared to be greasy. I washed my hands, looked for paper towels, and didn't even find a paper towel dispenser. Ithought that maybe there was a hand dryer, but no. I then wondered if the employees making the food were washing thier handsand also thought that perhaps I shouldn't order anything. I exited the restroom and followed the dirt trail of dirt andfootprints through the completely empty lobby. The same two gentlemen were still waiting to be served that I saw when enteringthe restaurant. I noticed the employees were not moving with any sense of urgency, so I left pretty convinced this place is runin an extremely unsanitary way. If you go there, good luck. Naturally my two baby boys were irritated that I didn't bring backany fries, but hey, I didn't give them food that would have made them sick either. Read more
This Arby?s was short-staffed but incredibly pleasant and kind. The two workers who were there both kindly explained that they... were short staffed and asked for patience, which I appreciated! The food came out quite fast considering the circumstances!These workers are doing a great job with what they have! The food was also fresh, hot, and delicious! Literally sauce hoarders now. Got 2 sauces for 2 sandwiches and fries will not allow you to even buy extra.
It's okay. Understaffed as all the fast food places are now
