We ordered two turkey sandwiches and they only got one sandwich made before they ran out. I think her name was Laura, but she... came and told us and offered a different meat choice and offered her apologies and gave us a free drink and gave us a refund. Ijust wanted to give her a good review and let her know that we appreciated what she did for us. I'm also sure she was happy wedidn't get upset like some customers would have. Dining room was closed so had to get drive through. By the time I got home didn't want to bother going back. My cheddar roast... beef sandwich was more cheese than meat. It was disgusting. Scraped off as much as I could and choked it down. Got mozzarellasticks instead of fries. They were barely cooked. The cheese wasn't even melted. Microwaved them and they were edible but soggy. Arbys is good, but my God was the restraunt filthy. There was trash everywhere and their bathroom looked and smelled like a... Porta potty, my husband said that in the male restroom there was yellow stains at knee level on the wall. Read more
