Stopped here for an original chicken sandwich and onion rings. I asked for my chicken sandwich to be cooked fresh and boy was... that a mistake. Sandwich was hot and delicious, but apparently it never occurred to anyone to cook fresh onion rings. Cold anddisgusting are the closest words I can find to describe them. Read more
Bacon double cheese was cold and the bun wasn't grilled so it was mushy from the ketchup,cheese not melted. And the staff is as... rude as she could be. Yelled at me to wait before I give her my order. While I was in line so many people pulled off cause ofthe wait. Read more
Plenty of workers, no one at register 20 minutes full house. Service is terrible go to any other BK this one is terribly run.
Food was good. Service was a little slow but they only had 4 people working. We did get our meals rather quickly.
Friday August 19th, 2022. drive-thru. Cashier was extremely rude and complained about a coupon I was using (it was a valid... coupon) they took 30 mins to make my order, you could hear everyone in the kitchen yelling at eachother, all my food came outcold and nothing was right. There is usually 7 cars or more waiting to place and order. They take one order than complete it then take another order.... Slowest service I have ever seen in my life. Then you can't even order a whopper with cheese or a whopper meal with cheeseonline. Says unavailable. It takes at least 30mins to get anything from the drive thru. Very sad service Read more
