40 minutes of "Just a minute, please" in the drive thru. Finally got waved to the first window to take orders there. Ordered an... Icee with the other items. Got to the next window and was told the machine wasn't working and they shouldn't have let us orderone at all. Same person asked me twice if we had "the cheeseburgers". No cheeseburgers were ordered. They set that bag down,someone else comes around the corner, picks it up and asks if we had the cheeseburgers. Told them they still weren't ours. Hadto show them my receipt so they could figure that puzzle out. Was told there were only three workers and one was cooking. Couldplainly see at least 5 people in the back. Along with all the others who have left similar reviews I too have failed to even get my order taken the last 2 times at this... location. Don?t understand how they?re open when they avoid customers. Or why they?re paying the pathetic employees to say ?giveme a minute? and not respond. Horrible location not just service, you?d be lucky to even get that. At least 4 times I have tried to get food in the drive through at this location and nobody comes to take the order. Every single... time I see employees walking around inside. Today at least 4 other cars also left without being able to order. One employee wasoutside smoking, several others inside doing who knows what.. Wandering around the dining area it seemed.. Might as well not beopen if they are not going to take orders! Read more

If you are hungry, go some place else. I stopped by this location on 10-10-2022 and waited for 15 minutes in the first drive... thru lane. Someone told me they'd be with me in a moment but in the meantime someone took the orders in drive thru lane 2 . Even the car behind me couldn't figure out what was happening. The lady behind me moved to the other lane and she got her orderin before I did. So I figure, what the heck, I too will move to the other lane. Of course when I did, I was told to wait amoment. I waited like 5 minutes before someone finally took my order. I had to repeat it like 5 times because she kept gettingthe order wrong. Finally, get to the window, pay, pull to the next window and wait on my food. When I did get my food it wascold. The tots were cold. My sandwich was cold. The only thing that I wanted cold was my coffee and to be honest with you, itwasn't that good either. I wanted to get my money back but I figured I waited 25 minutes to get cold food, it would be another30 minutes to get my money back. This place needs to either be closed or they need to find better help. There really is noexcuse for their poor quality. I will certainly never stop at this location again. Read more

I normally go here about three times a week and usually have a pretty good experience. Today was different , they seemed a... little understand and the manager had no patience for me at the counter with the app she said we have nothing to do with the appand I said you just took a code off of it. She wasn't waiting on me she said she doesn't have time for this. Read more

If I could give no stars, I would!! I usually buy vanilla iced coffee from this location every morning on my way to work. The... manager that is working morning hours with all these different colors in her hair (she refuses to tell me her name) is alwaysrude!!! I never say anything because I know there is a staffing issue almost anywhere you go, but today I noticed coffee groundsin my iced coffee. So I go in and ask them to remake them. She snatches the iced coffees out of my hands and tells me withattitude that all she has is mocha. So I just got my money back and left. I will never come back to this location again! Shemust be rude to all her customers because the other customer in line ordering breakfast said she was rude to them too. I alwaystry to be nice to this lady and tell her have a good day and smile, but I don?t receive that same energy back. She should bereplaced with someone who would be more appreciative of having a job! Read more
