This restaurant (on Portage Rd) needs to train their employees to be more like the one on the south side. Always very rude and... more concerned with talking instead of taking care of customers. Our order is ALWAYS messed up every time and we always waitforever for our order. The last time we ate in the dining room, took us 45 minutes to get our food and while we were there justabout every customer had a complaint about their order not being right. Tonight my husband went to get dinner and they left outhis dinner. He called and talked to the manager and was told he could drive back to get the sandwich. When asked if he couldtake down his number and come back another day since it?s a 20 minute drive, the guy said no because he would get in trouble!Really?! This would NEVER happen on the south side. This place just keeps getting worse every time we try it. They have noproblem taking your money but aren?t able to write your name down. Sounds to me like he was just lazy. Read more
It?s the fact it?s in a weird location and in front of a Walmart knew it was gonna be bad which it was the food was so greasy... and mushy like I?ve never had a bad experience with chick fil a but this location is so bad I wouldn?t come again trust me don?tcome here Read more
Well I am normally very pleased with other locations, but today was a big disappointment. I ordered the Harvest salad and asked... for balsamic instead of the assigned dressing. This salad normally has strawberries, blueberries, blue cheese, and the granolamix. My salad was missing ALL of the above. It was almost as if they started and did not finish making it. It only had chickenand almond pieces. They also missed the change in dressing and gave me ranch. It was just a big error all around. I understandthe business of lunch rush, but needs to be some quality control. I know I will return simply because it is close. However,please do better :) Read more
As both a customer and a delivery driver, I can say this location has amazing service and amazing food! Every single interaction... with staff I've had was positive and everyone there is always super helpful. Sometimes during busier hours it can take 10 or 15minutes for an order to be prepared but typically unless the store is absolutely flooded with people it's really, really quick!The food tastes great and I'd absolutely recommend this location! The chicken sandwiches are our main reason for going here, like many people I assume. I got the original sandwich with lettuce... added and the quality could not be better! For a good chicken sandwich I highly recommend. However this visit was a bit slowerthan prior visits (to this location as well as others). Read more
This location does not live up to the Chick-fil-A experience. Today was the last straw for my wife and I. Drive through and... inside are constantly a 15+ min wait, even if you order ahead. Today my wife and I ordered breakfast bowls only to wait a longtime...and my food was still not fully cooked and only had 2 salad strips of chicken ????... Will stick to other locations Read more
The food was delicious! Freshest Chick-fil-A I've ever eaten. Great portion sizes. We dined in and the staff is all very... friendly. Dining room and restrooms well kept. My five year old says the ice cream "is good but not the best ever." Would highlyrecommend this location. Read more
The food at Chick-fil-A is amazing!!! However when it comes to service and atmosphere they're not very good. Long lines constant... weight I was the fourth car line and had to wait 25 minutes to get my food on a Saturday morning. If the food wasn't so good Iwouldn't waste my time waiting in line. Hopefully the stores around South bend will find a way to improve their cook time andservice. As far as service goes for clarification the people are amazing very supportive helpful and considerate.
