As far as chipotle's go, this one is always on point. From food quality, service, cleanliness, customer service, and speed. This... is by far the shining star of Chipotle's in the local area! The same cannot be said for the Mishawaka location. That locationcan only be used an example of how not to operate a Chipotle. Mishawaka can only be described as DUMPSTER FIRE status. Dismayed to find out my mobile order was horrible prepared when I got to my room (missing ingredients!) Very slow service too.
I travel for work and go to Chipotle often. Look at how they did my steak quesadilla. Steak on the side and my 3rd side in a... cup? My online order didn?t say steak on the side. Ive been told at this location that I cannot order quesadillas in-person, itMUST be through the app. Don?t order a meat quesadilla from this location unless you want your meat on the side. Read more
Typical of what you would get at a chipotle location. Long lines, especially late night when the bars are partying. The place... isn?t very clean inside but I?m guessing that because of the steady rush they have. Chipotle is good food but it all depends onwhat you prefer. Another Eddie st commons new restaurant. Great Chipotle! The employees were nice. One lady even told me where to scan my awards code when I was waiting for my parents to... order! The bathroom was reasonably nice and very clean. The burrito was absolutely delicious. Seating is closed during covid,but the benches outside are nice, convenient, and more than six feet from the other benches. Read more
This experience was not as good as recent visits. Girl that made the food had an attitude and the way the food looks is evidence... of that. Tried putting items on my bowl before asking me or me saying it was an item I wanted. Her coworker was also commentingto her how bad the bowl looked and the mess she made while making it. Read more
