Literally ran out of chicken, taco tortillas and rice. Have NEVER had this happen before at a chipotle. What can you order if... you don't have those? Never apologized, never offered up any timing on when they'd be available. When asked, they simply said,"We don't have any" in a nasty tone. Sad state of affairs. But they did have salad and steak, which was obviously moreexpensive. Will avoid this location from now on when in South Bend. Read more

For the 2nd time in less than a week, I have tried to get Chipotle. The first time there was a note on the door with everything... they were out of. I appreciated that, so I did not waste my time. Tonight, I walked in and the place was very dirty. They werebusy, so I figured they did not have time to clean the tables, refill the farmers drinks, clean up the pop/self-serve area etc.No big deal. However, as I approached the counter to request my order after waiting more than 15 minutes. They ran out of brownrice. Like completely out, none left. When I got to the register, they refused to sell bags of chips even though there werechips on the shelf and the party in front of me got a bag of chips. They said they couldn?t keep making them so they would nolonger sell the ones they have. I was already on the edge with finding the food worth the cost, so I know I will not be back. Read more
35 minutes late. Got there doors were locked sat outside for 10 minutes before someone else left and I was able to get in, then... waited another 25 minutes to get my food. I complained and they said it's this way all the time they don't have enough workers.I suggest they shut down if they can't meet their promises. Stopped in here to grab 2 veggie burrito bowls. First off the prices have went up over 2 dollars in the last year. I should have... looked at the food before I even started to order, I felt bad for telling them the bowls looks terrible and walking out emptyhanded. The veggies were almost all gone and they gave me the last little bit of the scraps which looked nasty. The Guacamolewas also turning brown and nasty looking. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon mind you. The ingredients should be kept full andfresh looking. I will give 2 stars just because the girl making the food was apologetic and trying to be nice. Step your game upChipotle! I left and went to Qdoba which had delicious looking ingredients and was a much cleaner facility inside. Read more

Possibly the worst experience ever! Store is trashed food is cold and not cooked quesadillas burnt and burritos a complete mess!... Health department needs to shut the door down ASAP! This is only part of a $85 order. Burritos were literally half wrapped withfoil like a 2 year old prepared them. Read more
Great food and excellent service from a friendly and capable staff. The dining room, however, has seen better days. Especially... by the beverage counter. That said, I'd MUCH rather have a crew that is as efficient and courteous as these guys than a spotlessdining room and bad service. Read more
