This is probably one of the most classy and elegant restaurants I've ever been to. My husband and I came here to celebrate our... wedding anniversary and our dining experience did not disappoint! We came on a Thursday evening and I had the $55 special whichwas such a great deal! I chose the lobster bisque soup, a filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus and the creme bruleefor dessert. Everything was cooked so perfectly and we left completely full and satisfied! I loved the cozy and quiet atmosphereand I felt so relaxed while we were dining. We will definitely be returning because we had such an unforgettable experience! Read more

Not the worst dining experience I have had. But, there was plenty of room for improvements. The server seemed confused. We had a... party of 14. In the private room. Everyone ordered prior to arrival. It should have been a smoother setting. All the food wasgreat except the steak. It was unanimous that the steaks were poorly prepared. For the price I had very high expectations. Theyhave since been lowered. An unfortunate experience. Read more

Amazing experience. We went to celebrate our anniversary - 7 years (the gift is 'copper' so this fit perfectly). I forgot on... the day of our anniversary, I had a hockey game - 2 actually - and played. In any event, the food was amazing and the staffequally so. Our waitress was knowledgeable and honest with her assessment of what she felt we would like. We like to sample soshe ordered: - wedge salad - Lobster bisque - Crab Cakes I had: - French Onion Soup - Baked Potato - Prime Rib Dinner wasdelicious and filling. For a special occasion or celebration definitely consider Copper Rock. Read more

She recommended the special, and It was exactly what I wanted. One of the best dinning experiences I have had in a very long time. We will definitely be back soon. If you never had a real Japanese Wagyu steak, if you have never spent $130 on a steak, you should. And you should do it here.... I've never in my life tasted a steak that when you bite into it it literally turns into juices. Absolute perfection. The beststeak I've had in my 43 years. Anywhere. It is definitely not the wannabe wagyu steak that is in most restaurants. It was worthevery penny Read more

Before I go into too much detail about my experience at Copper Rock Steakhouse South Bend, I just want this to be known. I did... not come here for a special occasion. Myself and my best friend came here on a whim, just to see what it was like. PersonallyI dragged my feet a little bit coming to this specific casino because the last time I was here before the Covid-19 epidemic, Imade the unfortunate decision to try their weekday buffet which was free as a reward for me, and too be honest, not only was iteasily the worst buffet I ever had, but it was among the worst food I ever had period and that rubbed me the wrong wayconsidering how much money that this casino brings in on a daily basis. I came into this fine-dining restaurant with onequestion in my mind. "Does this casino care about their food quality at all?" I stood corrected, Copper Rock was actually verygood! Right away myself and my friend were enthralled by the elegant yet modern-minimalist decor. It helped provide with avery relaxing environment. The service was a highlight during the visit, I didn't get the name of the waitress, or I honestlydon't remember but she was very friendly with the both of us and even made recommendations to us. Very professional. Thebreads they gave us were all unique in their own ways, a little rustic but not too over complicated. Might I add here Ipersonally thought the Asiago garlic spread that was provided was one of the highlights culinary wise. Then came the LobsterBisque. I'm not going to deny myself when saying that lobster bisque is one of my favorite foods, period. Considering myinitial hesitation because of my fear of their food quality I was in doubt about how amazing this soup was going to be. Smooth,a little heat in the back, some sweetness, it had everything I would ever want in that soup and more. Definitely worth the 14$and a return trip alone. Now did anything hold back the experience? Yes. While my best friend thoroughly enjoyed h Read more
