Orders always take forever to be fulfilled. Called to ask about status of order and was given snarky comment in return. I ordered. My husband picked up. He didn't grab all of our food. An employee CALLED and text us to let us know!!! We didn't see... it until it was too late so they offered store credit. I feel like this was all so far above and beyond. Great customer serviceand the food that we did have was hot and fresh and more than enough. Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas the night of The college football National Champ. We ordered our pizza At 4:30-5 we asked for the food To be... delivered at 7. Did not see food until 8:30. Pizza was cold, 50 dollars worth of food. Calls to the store manager,, texts, gotno responce. Will not use Dominoes again. We only called them to support out local business we thought it was a nice gesture.They knew our order would be late and manager made no attempt contact us. NOT AGAIN. Order took 2.5 hours to arrive. Ordered online at 7:11pm and arrived at around 9:30pm. Attached pics of receipt & domino tracker... showing time stamps. The store ignored our calls throughout the wait. They never called back to apologize either. Horrible workethics. Never ordering again. Read more
Terrible service. Delivery guy did a u-turn in front of our house and left an hour after we ordered. We called they said he... picked up the wrong delivery. Told us a new driver would deliver in 15 minutes. It has now been two hours since order was placedand nothing. They won?t answer the phone. No way to cancel. Read more
