Domino's is like a love and hate relationship. Sometimes you get a hot pizza and make it home in time to eat while it's hot,... then sometimes you get a hot pizza but is cold by the time you get home. But that's for every pizza establishment unless yourdining in. If you don't want to spend alot and like mediocre pizza domino's is the place for you. Service is polite andsurprisingly quick at giving your pizza to you. Now of course other people will say that they had bad service but I guess thatdepends on what kind of day he or she has had. 7/2/22 @ 11:45pm I place my order it said 35 min I figured 45min whatever they close at 1pm it's 1:30pm look at my tracker app.... Its stuck on preping 11:52pm ???????? I'm 7 minutes away if the traffic busy i had a better chance picking up dinner vs waiting???? omg a text or email some kind of communication Sorry we busy or we short staff mope left on the back burner. So I was trying to do some online ordering and I had some issues they were short staffed which is completely understandable and... might I add that the manager that worked June 2nd 2022 at 9:50 p.m. was completely amazing I do not remember his name but he wasalso working with the co-worker name Dominique I believe I'm sorry if I got that wrong.. the guy who was the manager wascompletely helpful. I have a son with autism so I get a special Pizza he doesn't like cheese and he doesn't like sauce my sonsaid that was the best pizza he's ever had and I heard from my husband that the guy who cooked it re-cooked it because theydidn't like the way it looked and they wanted to make sure it was fresh.. long story short they haven't had drivers or enoughdrivers and they sent me a coupon for a free pizza it was for delivery only and the manager made right so thank you guy whoeveryou were.. you totally made my son's night!! Saturday night pizza was great! Pizza Hut wasn?t cutting it today so we decided to get Something different than the usual and It... was a great choice. Pizza was hot when we got it. Exactly how we ordered it. I had the handmade pan pizza and it didn?tdisappoint. It wasn?t so busy, so when I went inside to pick it up I got it right away. I ordered at 6:00 pm and it came at almost 7:40. I ordered 4 things, and found that they had forgotten an entire medium pizza.... It's Saturday night and 8:00, and they must have closed because they will not answer the phone despite calling several times.The apple dip was almost empty when it came. As expensive as they are, I expected way more from them. Very unhappy, and thefamily has no pizza for dinner. Update: The next night they remade the order and delivered it at no charge. Food is always good, but the delivery option is spotty at best. Don't mind having to pick up my own pizza, just tired of losing... delivery only deals. Lost out on two reward free pizzas. That part stinks. Read more
