Always have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for orders some employees pants are half way down there back sides was there once and a... couple employees were cussing at each other in front of customers and the manager. Night shift is very unorganized. Read more

Their fresh fries are so good, and the helping is huge. A large order easily feeds my hungry hungry hubby and I, especially... along with their burgers. All toppings are free, and they have a lot of them to chose from. Staff was very friendly, service waspretty quick considering they make everything fresh, which is nice for a burger place. I used to dine at their Grape Road location a lot whenever taking a trip to UP Mall. The Eddy Street Commons location is similar... in quality and professionalism. I still prefer the Grape Road location over this one only because there were a few times whentheir computer system was down. I don?t really fault them for that, though. I'm writing this review in response to my awful and repeated bad experiences at their neighbor, Noodles & Co! I walked right out... of Noodles & Co after watching the line of people waiting for their food & orders being wrong. This was the last time I gavethem a chance! I walked straight to Five Guys and ordered my delicious burger! It is expensive and watching the prices go uphurts but...I've never had a bad experience here. They have never gotten my order wrong and I've never had to wait for verylong. Employees have a good attitude and work hard. Thank you! Read more
