The food here is super fresh. They grow their own chickens. And they raise their own wheat for the fresh biscuits. This is the... only reason I can imagine why it is so slow here. They are extremely understaffed to the point they are closed some days when I drive through. The wait for your food won't be... classic "fast" food style, but it is being made fresh when you order it. My last trip there had a super understaffed crew thattook their time with orders and made me want to eat half the store. I ended up devouring my Chicken Club so fast I sat debatingpurchasing a second for the trip home ????. All and all this is one of my favorite places to eat in South Bend Indiana areas,because the food is always quality made. I as a diner will take a quality meal over some rushed cash cow of a sandwich anyway,which is why I would only ever eat at a trash establishment like the clown place if it was absolutely necessary. About a 15 minute wait ,but only 3 workers and we were a group of 10 with 5 kids. Shorted a large fry and chocolate shake,... received a cheeseburger no one ordered. They quickly got us the missing items and had us keep the extra sandwich. Very friendlyand clean . Read more
Spotless, so that was good. Only one toilet in the men's room and it was out of order. Fries were hot, but the burger was cold.... I didn't bother asking for a replacement because I don't believe in wasting food. The young lady who took my order wasprofessional, but not friendly. Fries tasted funny, but maybe it was just me. Trial 1/3: Significant improvement over competitors (Wendy's I'm looking at you). Fantastic customer service, very clean... building, fast and fresh, great tasting, and the same prices as the 'other guy'... Will definitely be going back to trial runmore. I should have know not to stop there for dinner, when I saw the empty parking lot and drive through. The staff was very... unprofessional except for the gentleman who took our order. The rest of the staff were playing games and being loud behind thecounter. Now, we were the only people in the place, so tell me how our food was ice cold? I had a mushroom Swiss and themushrooms tasted like they pulled it out of the fridge and plopped it on my burger without warming it. My mother ordered herburger with no pickles and surprise, surprise, guess what was on her cold burger. Fries were nasty also. Definitely a thumbsdown. ????????????????????
